I am customer of Ruparel Pride, Kurla in which I have booked a flat in the subvention scheme and while booking it was agreed that Ruparel will be reimbursing us the pre-EMI amount in the month prior to the month in which it will be debited.
During lockdown, Ruparel kept defaulting on the reimbursements regularly for 4-5 months. But even now, they are still defaulting and are not committing to any date of payment.
We as a customer, have been paying to the bank Bajaj Finance regularly because of automated debit but I feel Ruparel does not feel obliged to stand true on its agreement with their customer.
Also, they do not respond to emails, calls, messages for months.
Definitely not recommending Ruparel Realty to anyone.

I would like you to please watch the video the video and share as much as possible. I have bought a Jodi flat in Ruparel realty’s Mumbai XL project but the approach of the builder towards their customer is not at all ethical and because of their non transparent calculations and frequent calculation mistake I feel unsafe to go ahead with this transaction. I need your help in sharing this video as much as possible so other people who is looking to book the flat can take informed decision
