Sir i took a micro loan of 5800 rupees through rupee factory app before 7 days they charge 1200 rupees in the name of processing fee now after 7 days for 1 day delay they are charging 120 rupees per day fine and also they are calling to my contacts illegally and abusing to me and with my contacts same icredit app is also same activity they harrased customer and use their personal data but in terms and conditions of company it's not mention so please take action against these type of fraudsters as soon as possible these apps don't follow rbi guidelines they create fake notice and also share personal data of customer with other contacts which is saved in customer handset including pan card adhar card photo and bank information

I'm writing this complaint against Rupee Factory loan application the thing is that I already paid my dues as scheduled time but the application says it's pending yet not reflecting as paid off also I'm really in trouble by these fraudsters I raised complaint with all Rupee Factory customer care but not a single response received they miss use my personal data it's my humble request Please I personally request you update your application I already paid my EMI on time there is no any due is remains don't add overdue don't harassed me more I'm already in trouble it's not a small amount which I paid to you why should I paid this unauthorised amount again please check the attached payment proof for your reference.
