Rupee Factory — Instant loans / loan approved and not processed after getting all personal documents

Sir i took a micro loan of 6000 rupees through rupee factory app before 7 days they charge 1200 rupees in the name of processing fee, so i got 4150 only, now after 7 days for 1 day delay they are charging 216 rupees per day fine and also they are calling to my contacts illegally and abusing to me and with my contacts, they are abusing my family as well and they are harrasing customer and use their personal data but in terms and conditions of company it's not mention so please take action against these type of fraudsters as soon as possible these apps don't follow rbi guidelines they create fake notice and also share personal data of customer with other contacts which is saved in customer handset including pan card adhar card photo and bank information. I have attached the screenshots their agent texted and abusing, i need response on this
