Rupeeredee — Loan closure

I have take loan from rupee redee and paid the loan amount on 29/8/22 my payment date was 2/9/22.Till know they did not close the loan . Got email from them that they received the amount of 3886 but didn't close the loan. It's increasing the amount. Please help
