My loan closed on 5th Feb 2022 amount is 5000 auto debit from my account on 06 Feb 2022, i already paid via net banking on 5th Feb 2022. please clear the statement and refund the auto debit amount. Online payment reference Number - IsBmus4UfQrf4zIGAMYLGOE2 (INB FINCFRIENDS PVT. LTD) Amt Rs 5594/- on 5th Feb 2022 and auto debit Reference number - ACHDr ICIC[protected] TP ACH MONEYMI Amt Rs 5599/- on 06 Feb 2022. as per our statement.

With respective to my loan, i have made my payment yesterday(05-Feb-2022) for rupees 7252.00.
But (06-Feb-22 )again auto debit has been initiated and 7258.00 was taken from my account.

My loan was closed (05-Feb-22) itself.

Please return the additional amount as soon as possible

I have already paid off your loan amount on 31st Dec 2021 as receipt below but why again INR 8257.90 debited from A/c no. on[protected]:47:46 IST at NACH-DR- TP ACH MONEYMITRAIT, however, Rupeeredee company not refunding my amount, please file a complaint against them.

Inspite of paying the amount before the due date and also applying for Nach cancellation. my loan amount has been debited twice.

Request you to kindly refund the debited amount. No response on consumer mail either...

I had took 12000 loan and I was hospitalized for 4 months were my people had no clue abt it now rupeeredd tema is continuously treating me and harrasing me due to pandamic i lost job and now they are not even understanding that it takes lot of time for normal person to pay 12000 in three hours

I have taken loan from RupeeRedee pvt bank. I have paid loan from app. But again they have taken money from bank account.
Kindly refund my money back...

I have a loan from rupeeredee and paid all amount and got waived of 3000 rupees from their executive and they told me noc letter will be issued within 6 days on my register email but but i have no received noc letter from them and when i told for noc letter they told me your laon was settled and i also paid waived off amount for settlement removal...but they are not providing noc letter.

Rupeeredeee customer number no response. Please resolve the problem

I don't receive my loan amount. Account number is mistake. Please resolve the problem....

I have made manual payment on October 28th 2021. Still ECS was presented on Nov 1st for 30, 242rs. Nobody is responding for emails or messages. Please initiate the refund. I have EMI's coming up. I got email confirmation for both manual payment and ECS payment. Pls check the screenshot.
