Hello my name is Madhavi I am from Hyderabad actually I took a emergency loan on Rupeestar before lockdown And on lockdown is the due date for the loan amount and I am saying I will pay the amount without fines but they are saying u need to pay full amount with fines but in lockdown how can we get the money they are saying i[censored] not pay the loan amount with fines will call to ur relatives and they are threatening me my loan I'd is ( 9887.1098) plz help me and representatives are irritating Me this are the phone numbers of the representatives +[protected] and +[protected] and plz help me !

I request rupee star Management to Make your employees how to speak with clients, as your business runs on customers, this is absolutely wrong from your side, and also they are not Calling My number, they also calling to our Relatives and Using Bad words, If it continues Like this i should go to consumer court and will Take Legal action, all the recordings are with us, Guy's Just how far it is good to use Bad words on Clients, so to Management of Rupee star you Can recover the Money in Proper way but not like by using Bad words to the client, after seeing this Complaint, those who have Responded to Us they should Call and say sorry for using bad words, This is very intolerable..
