Hi sir my name is Sivasundari Ramalingam i am apply emarchence lone from rupee star app lone approved. Lone amount 8297.recived amount 4643.my due date 2 jun 2022 sir. So i am paid the lone amount 8297 2jun2022. But my lone is not close. Call the rupee star your lone is not paid repay now. But i am all radey paid. Full details send screenshot. But no response sir. Pls help me sir

Loan amount paid still getting harassment calls for repayment
I had taken a loan on 27 feb and paid the amount on 5 march, still getting call from them to repay. already shared all the details to them but they are not ready to listen and using abusive words on call and blackmailing me if i wont pay the amount they will call all my contacts.

Loan taken but before due date they are harrassing
We have taken the loan but due date is 14th feb they are demanding payment today. They are charging heavy interest and mentally sending messages and warning to collect the payment. They are sending messages to our friends and relatives. This is behaviour wih torturing.

Mentally harrasement and posting illegel posts
I take a small loan from through the app named rupee star. I paid their amount too but they keep texting me and calling on Whatsapp for paying again. When i refused to pay them again they started calling on my WhatsApp contacts and posting my illigel pictures on Whatsapp.
Please take strict action against them.

Hi my name is amarpreet singh and i take little loan from rupee star, and today there collection agent call me and harraas me and also contact my numbers and making watsaap group and posting illigal post that i m rapist and other.. Plz take ligal action this company. I m sensing there adress also and numbers also. Also i sent mail to RBI and cyber cell.. This numbers are

Calling for the frequent dailed contact number

As i sunil v got a call from rupee star collection executive for the repayment of loan of my friend who has taken loan it seems and he is saying that his customer is calling to me frequently so i called you, and now he is talking the non sense things with me for the same and he is calling me again and again frequently and making me irritation i have taken a screenshot of those numbers and i have a call recording for the same as a proof and will submit u as per your requirement when needed.
as per the govt rules they cannot hack the privacy details of the customer and he is doing the same and he knows my name and details, he saying he is ur friend and he is calling u friquently
and i request to take a Proper action them

Harassing by the executive
Hello team my name is suparna Bachar and im borrowed loan from rupee star my due date is 2nd November and today is 1st November but there executive abuse me on whtsaap one day before and forced that pay amount today other I will misuse your data .. please take an action on this company because they are missing people data ... and her number is [protected] .. abuse me on voice recorder and threatening me that she will misuse use my data

These people are ### they scan all teh contacts and they message my contacts for repayment they don't even wait for a day . They are such ### and they have no sense of talking they are scared to share the link when told that I am at the police station send me the link so that I can file a complaint he disagreed saying "App link nhi hai payment link hai payment krdoo" . Please don't let them even allow to share the link

I took loan from Rupeestar app. Today was due date, they guys are harrasing
me and tourtering me feom yesterday and wgen i denied to pay early they
started calling my relatives. Today i told them that i will pay you and due date is
still not passed but they created two different groups of my contacts and atarted

I never seen this type of ### providing LOAN in mobile application. They are threatening, harassing & using very very bad words. I dont know what to
do, so while i complaints against them. Again am saying this RUPEESTAR Is worst the world

I paid already before due date, but they told me didn't received.
I have all proof of payment.
Payment slip and bank statement.
I show them but customer service people told me it's editing and they using very bad words.
Still now they application showing my payment due date 2 days.

Rupee star agent harassing me

Your agent abused me and humiliated me on the whatsaap and call also using the bad words ... I already told him that my repayment date is tomorrow nd I will pay on the time but she continuously msg me and abuse me ... very pathetic service .. and she threatened me and send my data on whtsaap nd said tum janti ho na maim tumahre data se kya kya kar skti hu my loan due date is 11th October and today is 10th October... I will also raise a complaint that you guys misuse your customer data .just checkit that how many times I borrowed loan and repaymentis on the time ..your agent msg me before the time and threatening me . What kind of service it is and her number is [protected].. and I already mark reports in play store with 11 accounts of friends... please check it ...

I have applied personal loan for 90, 000/- in Rupeestar app and paid an amounts of Rs: 268.00 & Rs: 598.00 for loan disbursement process. In the app, it denotes as loan disbursal in 3 minutes. But till now, I didn't received any amount. Please take the issue seriously and kindly requesting you to disburse the amount immediately.

using bad words nonsense employees

I had taken the loan of 5000 inr from rupee star, due to covid iam facing huge loss in my business and iam unable to pay the amount and also i paid the interest for every 8 days 500 inr, still the employees from legal department using very bad words and threatening us, we are in a situation that when they call us from the back ground other employees will laugh and say very bad words which are very horrible and can't even write here..
I request rupee star management to make your employees how to speak with clients, as your business runs on customers, this is absolutely wrong from your side, and also they are not calling my number, they also calling to our relatives and using bad words, if it continues like this i should go to consumer court and will take legal action, all the recordings are with us, guy's just how far it is good to use bad words on clients, so to management of rupee star you can recover the money in proper way but not like by using bad words to the client, after seeing this complaint, those who have responded to us they should call and say sorry for using bad words, this is very intolerable.. My loan id is (417506)
