We Stay in Rustomjee Central Park at Andheri Kurla Road. The Construction provided by the Builder is so poor, that the Basement has been leaking for last 7/8 year. And Each year the builder and the Society try to do something, the leakage increases.

As a result the Basement of the Rustomjee Central Park looks like a Slum Park.
It is hilarious. See the Photo. In the basement, people have put the plastic to protect their Cars from the cement and water falling on their Cars.
