The filter of ro provided by builder (Part of the contract) has been provided without a filter. Further we had moved in in july and 1 year warranty was to be provided, the same has not been given.
There was no indication till 3 months that machine has issues. The indicator (For filter change) has come only at the end of 4th month.
This is reckless and irresponsible behavior on our their part.

We Stay in Rustomjee Central Park at Andheri Kurla Road. The Construction provided by the Builder is so poor, that the Basement has been leaking for last 7/8 year. And Each year the builder and the Society try to do something, the leakage increases.
As a result the Basement of the Rustomjee Central Park looks like a Slum Park.

Possession of flat

I have booked a flat with Rustomjee Builders at Global City - Virar long ago.
They have been promising possesion since june 2012. Now it has been a long delay.
I want to claim for fine.

Pleas approach RERA and also post Rustomjee Site.
Hi, We booked at a flat this January (2013) in avenue I in the 9th floor...
I read the agreement and at the end, it was given that there are provisions for arbitration or grievance redressal...also a clause for 9% interest payment if possession delayed...pls check for clarity!
Why not you guys, facing possession delays, make a concerted effort to approach the builder and if needed, the concerned redressal body...I am of the strong opinion, that you all should, alone or better together...
