I had ordered a dress on 28 july 2019 but due to some reason in cancelled it on 1 aug 2019 and request them to send my money back in my bank account. They assured me that it will be done in next 48 hours and accordingly i had sent my bank details also but after that i keep on emailing them regarding money transfer and they keep on reverting that it will be done. Now they are not even responding to my mails. They dont have any customer care number also.

Kindly help me in refunding my money to my bank account.

I have placed an order of 1 kurta set and paid online the total amount is 1329. It's being 20 days I have not received any update. I am scared to cancel the order as I am not sure whether I will get the refund also. Please help in getting this issue addressed. This site is fooling thousands of people. Please help me to report this issue
