I purchased 2 kurta sets from Rustorange website on 31st aug. Received on 5th sept and mailed them on 5th sept to return product because piece was defective with attached photos of defective dress. They agreed on 6th sept by mail and ask me to how I want money back. I applied for Google pay mode as I did payment from same account. I had ordered a dress on 28 july 2019 but due to some reason in cancelled it on 1 aug 2019 and request them to send my money back in my bank account. They assured me that it will be done in next 48 hours and accordingly i had sent my bank details also but after that i keep on emailing them regarding money transfer and they keep on reverting that it will be done. Now they are not even responding to my mails. They dont have any customer care...
