I purchased 2 kurta sets from Rustorange website on 31st aug. Received on 5th sept and mailed them on 5th sept to return product because piece was defective with attached photos of defective dress. They agreed on 6th sept by mail and ask me to how I want money back. I applied for Google pay mode as I did payment from same account. On 17th sept I mailed them to confirm if product was received, which they agreed and informed that my refund has been initiated.
It's been a month, I haven't received amount and they still claiming that they already refunded amount, which is not the case

I had ordered a dress on 28 july 2019 but due to some reason in cancelled it on 1 aug 2019 and request them to send my money back in my bank account. They assured me that it will be done in next 48 hours and accordingly i had sent my bank details also but after that i keep on emailing them regarding money transfer and they keep on reverting that it will be done. Now they are not even responding to my mails. They dont have any customer care number also.

Kindly help me in refunding my money to my bank account.

I had ordered a salwar suit set on 30 th Juy'19 and due to size issue wanted to exchange it but their support team told that exchange is not possible, return is. Having no choice, I returned the item. When I didn't get my refund, I wrote to them asking for refund status and got a mail from Rustorange saying due to technical issue refund is delayed and it will be done soon. I was patiently waiting for it but when it didn't happen I wrote to them again asking for the status but now the team is not replying. They have no customer care number, their landline is also not working, they do not reply to messages on messenger, they delete comments on fb. In such circumstances, it is difficult to contact the team.

I ordered 4 Pieces from the site RustOrange on 7th June 2019, namely
(1.Peach hand printed salwar kurta set with pocket details & grey odhna,
2. Jaipuri paisley salwar kurta with maroon odhna,
3. Off white salwar kurta set with indigo dabu dupatta,
4. Maroon & beige angrakha kurta) out of which I returned 1st, 3rd item on[protected] and
4th on[protected]. After waiting for 4 days on[protected] I mailed them regarding the refund and this is what they replied

And its been almost 15+ days and i haven't received my refund.

I had given a order for 2 kurtis on 4 october, 2018. It's more than a month. Neither have they sent the product not refund not replying to my repeated complaints. Kindly help to initiate action against company. Attached my order receipt.
