RVA Realcon Pvt. Ltd — I do not get my plot

Dear sir/madam, my name is sheetu shukla, i have purchase a plot through rva realcon pvt. Ltd. And owner name is sanjay rana and i have purchase 50 sqyrd. Plot in palwal, vill - banchari, tehsil - hodal, 29/12/2014 year. I have gave him rs. 155000/- (Rs. One lac fifty five thousand) and rest final payment for purchased plot at ragistory. Now he is not pick my phone to registered my plots. And even office has been sifted from that place please help me. I am helpless for last 6 year.
