Several newspaper published his fraud sale of plot CASE NO. 749/13 HAS REGISTRED IN NOIDA PHASE -2 POLICE STATION. The case is also highlighted at SENIOR SUPRETENDENT OF POLICE NOIDA. So you just asked for money not for possession because if you take possession they will demolished you boundry so you also lodge complaint at phase-2. We have also lodged complaint and visiting his home then he refunded our whole money next month I am coming from abroad then contact you. His driver name is not nand kishore..his name is manish tewatia and he resides in sector-8 sihi faridabad..they told u the fake name of driver as well
