I wish to file a complaint against a stall opened on the only 10ft road, it sells unhigenic food and without food license. Talking the current covid-19 situation, i think it should be removed asap for public well being and safety, all street vender blocked tha road and it is causing a lot of trouble to the people, Please take strict action against this Your aera inspector

I have a property in Kolkata (Dream Excellency, Kolkata-136) and builder allocated me a shade parking and and mentioned Covered car parking in parking allotment letter on 2nd Oct 2012. On the year of 2015 association has been formed and they demolished the shade without notify me. Now when I am asking they are saying it is in common area. But I have not constructed that parking by myself and Builder only allocated me with proper allocation letter.
In this case what I need to do, Please suggest.
