Inappropriate behaviour of the society towards children and not allowing children to play in public park

Sir,
In sector 11 Kayakalp park, there is a so called committee who are behaving as the owner of this park and scolding the children who wants to play but on the other hand when their children are playing then they don't have any issues. Even running in the park is not allowed. They restrict the entry of people of other colonies too and this violating the ARTICLE 14 of The CONSTITUTION. And they also threaten children by the name of Police.
I thereby request the concerned authorities to look into this matter and take action against this committee.

Unhygienic way of life at JVTS Garden CXhattarpur Ext.Delhi

Dear Sir,
Please arrange to clean the outside road/ lanes connecting to the exit point for cars, peddlers chaos, savage line, and rainwater exit arrangements towards Pipal Drive lane near DLF chattarpur extension near the masjid, etc. There is no proper way of exit and entrance for residents of the JVTS garden.
A humble request to arrange the water chaos, cleanliness, and smooth road facility at least in the main capital of India.

Illegal parking
Dear Sir/Madam
Please correct me if I am wrong, however my understanding is that no parking is allowed in service lanes, which are used by residents and locals. A person parked two vehicles in the service lane, earlier he used to park only one four wheeler.
Problem: Due to this residents and locals do not have access to the service lane even the MCD worker who cleans the road not able to carry his daily garbage in his trolley from this lane.
Although the few people spoke to the person about parking the car in the street, no positive result was achieved.
Seeking your expert guidance and help here so that peacefully this matter can be resolved. We don't want that person to become arrogant and misbehave in future as a reaction against the action.

Locating street dogs illegally multiple times

I live in Rajat Vihar, c block, sector 62, noida and here stray dogs are badly beaten, abused by the society members. Even the persons who feed them are abused, physically harassed if they put videos relating to issue on any social media platform and the proof of same is present with me. They keep re locating the dogs and according to law stray dogs are protected under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, and Rules enacted under Section 38 of the Act, particularly, the Animal Birth Control (Dogs) Rules, 2001 which makes it illegal for an individual, RWA or estate management to remove or relocate dogs.

Not allowing us to use the park

RWA in gali no 16 Raj Nagar-2, Palam colony has taken over the park and does not allow us to enter the park with our dog even if we clean the dog litter. They misbehave and fight with the residents. There is no law that dogs are allowed in park. Please help.

In the park lots o[censored]nnecessary stone, lots of trees leaves at the ground, please cutting the trees branches where is unnecessary.

Robbery

My double batteries from Luminous brand was robbed and also the cage around it was broken and also the robbery is done in a manner that the connecting wires were cut and robbed.

Unnecessary Rs 2300 Welcome Charges are taken by the tenants

In Kendriya Vihar Sector 82, Noida, RWA is imposing unnecessary charges to tenants on entering and going out of society.
They are taking 2300 for the welcome charge and when the tenant leaves the flat they are taking Rs 2300 again for NOC.
It is a sheer case of harassment for a tenant in society.

regarding not letting enter domestic help in kolkata residential complex newtown

We as members of this residential complex in newtown kolkata have been subjected to mental torture all the time.in spite of government directives, few members in the association are not letting domestic help enter the complex inspite of repeated requests. Moreover, they are not paying the salary of the domestic in the pretext of since they are not entering the complex, they aren't eligible for any sort of salary. Please take immediate action since there are senior citizens who are left on their own to fend for themselves. Two members of the association have such bloated ego that they refused to respond to our requests. They don't even pay heed to othe members of the association

illegal cutting of trees
Dear sir
For the past few days, i saw group of people of maitri nagar society, plot 29, sector 09, rohini, delhi (Specialy vice president without management consent and written order) has ordered to cut ashoka trees in my society and already cut 10 ashoka trees. After few tussle they agree to stop cutting further but seems they will come again for rest of 7 ashoka trees as well or cement the surroundings so that water can't go in the trees and trees will die slowly.
For the 10 trees as cut already are already in front of the gate lying open as a proof.
Kindly let me know what action to take to prevent our green delhi.
For safety reasons i am not disclosing my identity to you. It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against rwa to stop the ongoing illegal cutting of trees

It's been around 2years, more than 30 monkeys have been roaming around shalimar garden Extn-2 locality they have caused havoc around this area.
Many of the residents have been bitten Or their personal properties have been damaged by Monkeys.
We have presented this complain before every local authorities here. Please get us a relief . I am submitting this request on behalf of every resident who resides here

Actually on 15 august 19 tuesday a long tree fell but no person & thing got hurted/damaged but society didn't want to do this work with cleanness because if a concern raises to expense of some money then Our Rwa gets
Lose handed although 500 rs taken from us every month for water/security/cleanless/2-4 cameraas there are 350 plots almost 150-200 flats pay this amount must comes to[protected] per month still RWA feels to be lazy when needed remaining nothing is spent over other things neither trees /nor lights nothing else is much asks for maintanance or they dont pay attention still Rwa acts poor as such on this day happened
Heavy part of tree cut with single person labour who just did it some how was single & not able i tried to help him but tree was very heavy so its pcs were heavy may leave lowerback pain so i couldn't help bec second day i had a office day but i instructed him to do as many pcs as for ease butmay be he was paid a little so just did it some how & got disappreared i returned from some where i saw all tree pcs were lying at my door/home enterance also damaged one pole & little to our floor out side i said to Rwa member mr Shashi plz replanish it he only acted to contacted mcd but he refused, & broken pcs of trees are still lying there, on that he says your floor & pole is illegal although we use it to saperate it with cover to spare from our neighbour's dust/abuses/draining & behaviour we are having troubled for last 13 years only for this we made out side floor & saperated with cover at boundaries & other people also has done so to save plants vehicles garden that was not a proper reasoning, i was shocked when he said it as this was just an improper excuse just not to fill/pay their mistake/negligance
On the contrary people have made upon fourthfloors & above but they are safe
But being good & honest we have to suffer

regarding rules made by rwa

Hello sir,
Rwa of sector 55, noida (201307) is taking many illegal and unnecessary decision without thinking of the welfare of the society. They have implemented so many rules which is causing problem to the people who are living there. They didn’t even bother to have a vote on passing the rules. Since last year they have implemented the new rule that no autos, cab will enter in the sector, they have given only one specific area which is very far from some blocks of the sector, as sector consist 5 blocks only 2 blocks are near to that gate so it’s impossible to walk for 20 minutes when you can get a cab in front of your house. As a cab service mean door to door service, it’s impossible to implement that rule in real life due to this new rules and due to this people are getting late for their offices and schools and moreover guard behaviour is very rude they doesn’t even know how to behave with the girls. As in our country girls safety is consider first but in sector 55 this is the least concern. Instead of doing actual welfare to the society they are implementing such kind of rule to cause more problems in people life. I am living in this sector since 1996 and there was no such problem but since last 2 years such kind of problems are arising, which is causing huge problems regarding safety and travelling. India is a democratic country everyone has equal rights then why not in a sector in which you are literally spending your life.
I just want to grab your attention on this subject as it is causing huge problems in our daily life because it is impossible to handle office pressure and then guards and rwa unnecessary rules.

Since so many years no legitimate elections have been held. Last elections were also not held as per law for which documentary proves are available. Anyway the period of the last election is already overdue and fresh elections as per Association Regulations should be announced immediately without any delay under intimation to Registrar Office and Residents of Sheikh Sarai, Phase-2.
No intimation about the audit done of the accounts of the Association have been informed to the Residents for so many years. If audit of the society has been done it should be published publically as residents should be well aware about the same.
We request to kindly reply to these important issues and immediately announce fresh Association elections in Sheikh Sarai Ph 2.

I lived in amrapalli village gaziabad, here society have rules that bachelor's are not allowed to use society gym, swimming pool and any other facilities. It's good rule for maintaining the decorum of society but when time comes for charging maintaince charges then each and every one are treated equally. Why should i pay an equal maintaince charges when i am not allowed to you any of the society amenities.
Even rwa officials and other society incharges are responding to the issues rather they treat us very badly when questions are asked regarding same.
I am really very annoyed with all these issues and going to file a complaint in consumer court and even raise the issue at top of the level.

1) Society have monopoly, they are not allowing to put DISH on roof. Even some people's already have post DISH on roof.
2) Society have not parking for visitors.
3) No one working on dust. For outside dust coming regularly, which is harmful for childrens.
Please look into this and provide your support to tenant.

illegitimate 24 hours closure of yellow gate

A block, mohan garden, rwa had put three yellow gates as per there convenience. Out of which two remains closed even in day time causing inconvenience to all other people except that galli members. It is second galli from main road a block, between d. K road and gurudwara road. Please either help to get those gates removed or atleast pass an order for opening of other two gates in day time (Till 10 pm at night).

Illegal construction, poor facilities and infrastructure
The property dealers sell off land and they built 6 floor buildings for pg's. The roads are full of water, drainage and mud. They sewer system is disgusting, water keeps flowing, the administration does nothing. Whoever we complaint to has the same answer - what can we do?
The situation is horrible and normal families are unable to live here anymore.

I have a property in Kolkata (Dream Excellency, Kolkata-136) and builder allocated me a shade parking and and mentioned Covered car parking in parking allotment letter on 2nd Oct 2012. On the year of 2015 association has been formed and they demolished the shade without notify me. Now when I am asking they are saying it is in common area. But I have not constructed that parking by myself and Builder only allocated me with proper allocation letter.
In this case what I need to do, Please suggest.
