Vipul Green's RWA works in an autocratic manner. In April 2017 they slapped an arrear of Rs 0.52 per sq ft for the year 2015-16 as the difference between the billed cost and audited cost - which is 20% increase. Does it take 1 year to audit the cost? The full year arrear comes as a shock and burden to any resident who has hard earned money. Does the RWA spends blindly, expecting that residents will pay for it and exercise no prudence?
