With due to respect I want to appraise my grievance for your sympathetic consideration and immediate solution.

I joined school on 27 Sep 2021. I best to teach students with full zeal. I also try my best to finish all other work given by within stipulated time frame. I am punctual and always come to school well in time. It's have been more than 6 months I am working with Ryan but I did't receive joining letter yet whenever I ask to my principal about joining letter she say it will come from Headoffice.

Madam When I joined school at that time you have given me assurance that you will provide bus facility by saying words BUSES ARE THERE FOR TEACHERS
Now you are saying BUSES ARE NOT FOR TEACHERS . I come to school from Nasik Road which is 25kms away from school. I am presently using school bus to come to school. Further, every fortnightly you passed order to come school under your own arrangement which is not Judicious and cause embarrassment for me.

In view of the above, it is requested to arrange permanent school transport for me to avoid embarrassment and maintain continuity in school.

My Child Viraaj Singh studying in class 8th and studying in RIS for last 10 years. From this current month August-2022 the bus driver and the school transport coordinator suddenly started saying that you have to drop you child in morning and again pick him in afternoon from the main road which is one and half kilometer from our house.
Though the pick-drop point near to our house(50metre from our house) where the bus was coming from last 10 years the road is also quite broad and all other school buses also comes till that point. Even in current session also till July end the bus was coming till this nearest point.
Don't know what has happened suddenly happened and the bus and transport people seems like harresing us.
Please try to resolve the issue and ask school transport people to pick-drop to the point where they were doing till now.

ICSE BLOCK - TOILETS have bugs and badly maintained sooted Indian closets, broken doors on all floors from kindergarten to high school. An upgrade of the CBSE block was made to bring in admissions.
The school practices no INTERNATIONAL Standards and has NO STUDENT COUNSELLOR for sorting issues between teachers, students and parents.
Students are not allowed to express / heard by the Directors of the disparities that they practice in the school
The practices of the Yelahanka block can be equated to a Government run school in the behaviour and approaches of headmistress and teachers serving long-term in this institution.
PHYSICAL EDUCATION hours have been cut down to one period a week and proxy hours are bringing more chaos among children

My kid is in Ryan international School Vasant Kunj, their transporter Mr. Dharmendra ([protected]) is very arrogant and not even giving any reason for not to drop my kid at my nearest point. All the surveillance / testing done by them related to width of road and bus returning time at school.

He simply say my wish, i will not allow my bus as per parent requirement. he is no concern what principal mam will say if parent (I) will go to school. he said i will deny to her also and will not state any reason(s). Its very bad sound on behalf of reputed school-Vasant Kunj.

If possible, kindly review transporter agreement and instruct them that they are for kids / parent services not than corporate business.

I am requesting school / head of the school with folding of my both hands. Please assist us and provide transport as per parent suitability if timing and roads are ok.

I am father of kavesh kumar std 1, secA,
Ryan int school, urban estate phase 2, Patiala.
My son is metioning that the hand wash is not available in school washroom few days.

Secondly he regularly took his bag from school gate to class room which is too heavy for 5.5 years old although my son is too week.

Thirdly He informed me that when light goes, he feel so heat due to non availability of fan etc.
Pls lookinto the above matter, because we choose ur school for better facilities.

I parent of Vedansh Parihar studing in Ryan International school Padmavati colony Jaipur took admission in VI this year. Management promised a lot of things during admission but didn't not fulfill a single commitment. Initially we thought school has opened after a long break so it may take few days to get everything channelised. But with time nothing improved. I will quote a few:
1. No proper academics.
2. Lot of proxy classes.
3. Mismanagement in each and every thing.
4. Poor quality classes. ( I saw one French and one math online class, I didn't get a single word, how the kid will understand?)
5. Transportation became a headache. Just for 8 kms driver would take more than 2 hours for one side journey.
6. Frequently drivers kept on changing.
7. Highly misbehaving drivers and the main coordinator.
8. Driver would not pick your call and will drop kid in risky zone.
9. Promised for swimming pool, but in that hot summer not a single pool activity.
10. Not a single guided sports activity.
11. No proper place for prayers and activities.
And many more ...

When discussed with management, they took everything very lightly.

At the end due to so much mismanagement and zero cooperation we decided to withdraw. Management promised for refund but now they are denying.
It's our hard-earned cash so requesting for refund.
If a school doesn't keep its promises and commitments parents should get amount refunded. Already we suffered in form of TIME and EDUCATION . Why no refund.

Why we are forced to continue that year?

In any school students should always be allowed to come to school via Bus or van facility only or if the student lives near be the school then either parents should drop him/her or he/she should come with bycycle.

Coming with Activa/Bike should be strictly prohibited but your school doesn't follow this rule at indore campus. Many students are coming with there own vehicle and you're school is not taking any strict actions.You just said students once to not come with Activa / bike, and expects students to follow you with one instructions, they are not following your instructions even for a single day .

Please be strict for this rule as this regards to student safety.

Take action asap.

Complaint is about Ryan school nalasopara branch as the management not taking any action regarding school portal my class board every day we have struggle to get information about the what was done in school . firstly the teachers and division of students are changing and portal is not updated according to div all messed up no attence record .and the supervisor is also not giving any resolution for the problems.they just say we are working on it now it's been 3 months after school has started but school management is not ready to start school after pandemic .so please requesting look in to the matter as soon as possible .

I want to complain of ryan ambanath branch school, which is lacking to much behind in acedemic, this school is only taking money no growth at all,
in one class 60 - 70 students are taking &only one teacher is teaching & no any co-assistance i complaint many time to school written & orally also.,
but no use . only giving assurity but not progress at all.

My daughter Eva Singh was student of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad. This school doesn't have a sense of how to treat parents who are their customers.
Mrs. Monika is the one who sits on the reception in Ryan school, Ghaziabad. I hand over the TC application to her around 1 month back, today we are asked to resubmit the applications over the email since she doesn't have it. On the top of it, the staff on the ground don't want Pintoo's to know the ground reality, they are just covering up everything here. Glad that I decided to move my child from here.
If anyone from Ryan is looking after this complaint board, please help us with the TC asap.

The text books are not available with dealer
I take regular follow up with bookseller assigned by school but till date no response he always postpone the day. The school has started from 1/04/2022 my ward is still don't have a books with him

I am a parent of a child who is studying in class 10th (at the present).Before permoting child to 10th school authorities built up unreasonable pressure on parents to clear dues of their children else they will not give results of final term.Not only this if a child doesn't clear the dues he is not allowed to sit in final term examinations. I being a parent completely understand that this is private school and they need to pay salaries to the staff.For that entire year without any delay i have paid full tuition fees regularly. But they asked to pay development charges (6000 Rs app., 5500 Science lab charges abt 5k computer lab charges where child didn't even visit once even in virtual classes and 340 for diary, i card and photographs) Also they asked to pay last Academic year development charges and other sundry charges which at that moment they didn't charge due to pandemic (as per govt guidelines)
I am a parent whose responsibility is to pay for the education being imparted to his ward but these charges are absolutely unfair to impose on parents. we all are broken by the financial crisis we all faced during pandemic. We had been submitting all these charges before pandemic as children were availing the all services.But without taking any facilities from school and school has not spent any expenses on printing diary, magazines, id cards or any above mentioned areas.How they can ask to pay for these things.We went to school to request principal and to discuss issue but she had no answers and was not willing to sort our any queries.Principal Ms.Nisha Sharma is very rude and rough mannered to talk to parents. She doesn't value our time keep us wait on gate for several hours.Also she is the worst principal ever joined in RIS fbd branch. She has no respect for PTA body.The GS of PTA body is being picked out and selected by her own personal choice without voting.In nutshell She is running the school by all unfair n unreasonable methods.Inspite having PTA body in school she is taking no meeting with current active members and threatening them saying she can dissolve PTA anytime and will put new members with her own personal favouritism.As she did when selected GS.Parents showed up in school separately and combinedly but she paid deaf ears to our problems.

Now this Academic year they have uploaded the fees compositely and after asking many times that atleast tell us the different heads under where our money is going they simply denied.The school authorities shamelessly tell parents to go anywhere for complaints saying they have no fear.

Being a parent I have full right to ask the full fees details. Also when Delhi govt. has controlled schools for not increasing fees and levying other charges why not Haryana govt favouring parents.

I am feeling really helpless.Please take some action to give relief to all the parents and oblige.

After confirmation Inter Transfer Case School (Ryan International School- Sector 39 Noida) is being denied admission for my child. please resolve this issue again

I am a student of Ryan international school my school has not completed its syllabus and is not functioning till exam I am in 10th class our school has very less teachers and 10th Bach of sem 2 is not been called to school or for them we don’t even have online classes because the 1st Bach of student who have been recently promoted to 10th are been taught I request to solve this issue and the fees has been taken

I got the admission for my 2 kids in Ryan Noida extension branch in January 2022 & paid Admission fees. Due to transfer of job location in Gurugram, I requested to transfer the kids admission to Ryan Bhondsi Gurugram branch. I have even paid form charges 2 times, but there is no clear response or a proper coordination amongst Ryan Noida and Gurugram. They're making us wait even after payment stating that email is pending from HO. Ryan Noida extension people are absolutely deaf ears and have stopped picking up my phone. This is absolutely cheating and mental trauma as my kids are stuck in middle.

My son medhansh kamle is stdnt of 5-B in Ryan bhopal. On 7.3.22 we have remitted Rs. 196801 instead of 19680 as fee of son. Immediately we informed in writing to refund excess amount but till date same has not bee refunded. Utr no. PUNBH[protected]. My name is neelam kamle [protected]

last year for my son i got an admistion in rayan international school at Masma, but that admistion time did not informed to me about Bus fee, and now teachers sent massage in whatsapp group and infromed to all parents about bus,

From past 4-5 months some issue had been going on between teachers & school, due to which our children studies has been affected, we talk to principal as well she confirm it will be resolve n a week but till date no one ready to attend it & no information till when it will be sorted

Myself Asha Kataria, my kids Mannat Grover and Shantanu grover are studying in ur school at standard 8th A and 6th A respectively. I m a single parent and working in income tax department. U m paying my kids fees regularly. In the month of sep 2021 I paid whole dues of 2021-22 online and then deposited cheque for October fees. My kids results have been held because your school portal has updated new dues for 2020-21. This is clearly not fair, we got salary only once in month and paying dues regularly but ur school updated ur fees portal as per ur wish and because of that my kids name is in defaulter list and their class teachers have not shown the result. I more complaint regarding guardian name, as I m a alive parent of my kids why your school mention dead parent name everywhere. I called so many time regarding this. You are requested to update my name against guardian columns of both children. Kindly check the details and do needful.

The school is supposed to give a discount of 15% as per govt of maharashtra order. However Ryan bavdhan is not doing so and is disabling student access to online learning. I see them very soon to be sued by parents and strong government penalities. The school management seems politically connected and they also employ collection agents who can easily harrass parents.
