My kid is studying in ryan malad, he is suffering a lot of problem in studying just because of his teachers, there the teachers are not at all concerned with the students, they just write the answers on the board and along with it they also explain because of which the students are unable to complete their notes, as he is in fifth standard and just entered in secondary section it takes time to the students to understand the new way of learning, so obviously teachers should also understand it. If we talk about this concern to the principal, she tells that as you are having whatsapp group you can recover the studies from whatsapp also thats not a big issue. Mam we have created a whatsapp group not to recover the notes which is done just because of the teachers inconvenience but to help the students who are absent because of some genuine issues, and even if we have whatsapp group that is none of the principals concern, if we have to recover studies from whatsapp only than we will pay the fees and send only one student who will update everyone on whatsapp rather than sending all the students,
Mam just because of all these circumstances all the students are getting highly demotivated and are diverting from studies, other parents are feared to tell to principal this complaint because of her insulting nature, so its the request that please look into this matter as soon as possible

The school have to be discharged on the day of examination at 12:20 but it was not told by the school authorities to the parents about the time change... On my complain they said they will not tell about it in written... Then who is responsible for the children security... I am a working woman and my house was locked... Who is responsible if something happened to my kid...

Sir,
My son studies in Ryan Kundalahalli. He always complains that there is no water in bathrooms and it's not hygienic. this is a very basic necessity for any school and kids may get disease due to this.
Also the Swimming pool - dress changing room is not clean.
please try to make the school clean and provide water for the kids.
Teachers were asking the kids to bring an extra water bottle for cleaning their hands. This is not acceptable at any cost.

The School Takes much Fine from the students. Generally the fine for hair cut is not taken in many schools, but the school teachers take thousands of money from students daily.When we, the students complain against it, we have to suffer from the rough behaviour of the teachers, kindly pay attention to this message and take immediate actions on the school Ryan Jamalpur and the fine taking system for hair cuts should be banned.

Hi this complain is again surat dumas branch, the staff of the school all ways miss behave with parents on phone, visiting on there given time also disturb them, and they behavior towards us is like we are there servent, students are not allowed to sit and attend school due to van driver fault, request is not at all ascepted, they even disconnect the phone when ever they want without listening the issue. If i m not getting any responce or call on this issue i'll be taking this misbehaving issue legally for sure???

This is the time of the year where the new academic year for school children will commence after their exams & end of short term holidays especially for cbse schools. There are so many activities like trekking, educational trips, camp outings etc conducted by reputed schools, either at the year end or at the beginning of the year for which these schools charge fees in cash only and insist on cash payments only even though the parents pay by cheque.

Secondly, no receipts are issued against these kind of payments. Schools like ryan international group do not accept payments by cheque and do not issue receipts. Consequently, schools generate cash economy by not issuing receipts and insisting payments in cash only.

Now coming to the purchase of school books for the next academic year. There are tie-ups with book stores by schools for commission in cash. Due to payment of commission by these book stores, they hike up the prices and recover the amounts from the parents. This way the school earns commission in cash at the expense of the parents. The payments for these books are also made in cash by the parents to the book stores as the book stores do not accept payments by cheque.

Ncert text books are sold by these book stores at rs 20 above mrp citing "binding charges". This way the book stores earn a fast buck in cash. Likewise, if any parent wants to return any new book purchased (When they have got the previous year edition book from friends or new books from cheaper sources like amazon.in, shopclues.com, olx.in etc), then the book store owner does not return the cash and asks the customer to purchase something else citing "paisa hamare paas jama hai" (Money is deposited with us). Book store owners sagar collection & vidyarthi book stores at khanda colony indulge in this unethical practice. Further these bookstores do not buy back the textbooks for re-circulation at a discounted price. A science textbook costs rs 600/-, sst textbook costs rs 500/- and computer textbook costs rs 500/-.

Reference books and lab manuals are also prescribed by schools but the teachers never teach anything from these books and students are expected to study on their own. However, in the examinations most of the questions are asked from the reference books and students find it difficult to cope without proper guidance from the teachers. Parents are scared to speak to the school authorities as the school teachers take out their revenge on the hapless children.

Last year, the school had changed the pt uniform dress and this was announced just before the camp outing. The parents were forced to buy dresses from sagar collection at inflated prices and that too for different sizes & colours even though these did not fit them properly as the dresses were not available. At the school camp outing, rented outfits were provided by a person who works at the school as teacher and has a garment store, at inflated prices o[censored]pto rs 2000 in cash for the camp of 3 to 4 days. This was again to be paid over and above the camp outing fees. Now why would any parent pay such high prices for a rented dress?

Strict action should be taken against these errant bookstores and the school authorities for indulging in such unethical pratices.

In question paper, there were two questions of novel from different chapters but they were not in option. Bit in our school it was informed that two questions with come in option and we have to only write question which is from helen keller and this was only taught in our school and also we were told that this question will come in 10marks not in 5marks each. But in paper there were two questions each of 5marks from different chapters. Pls sir solve our problem as we have told that novel question would only come from helen keller not from anne frank also.

Very engry to write this that ur school have very bad and unuseful musical instruments like keyboard - drum etc. And class maintenance is “0”.

U r collecting activity fess for such this maintenance and musical activities and well maintain instruments.

I live nearby ryan international school and there are 2 rounds of prayers for the students. For prayers, they use loudspeakers in the morning which is very disturbing to the people living nearby. They also use guitar and other instruments for their prayer. If they can keep the volume a bit low, it would be very helpful for the people living nearby.

Here, it is requested to superior authority pls. Consider to that students and parents are advised to join tution by school teachers. So the teachers have been not considering on those students who studying in school without tution by those teachers who taking tution privately at home even the questions and answers have been given by teachers those students who taking tution with school teachers. These all illegal things have been happening in ryan global kharghar.

This is complaint regarding uniform seller of ryan international school indore. Due to monopoly of school uniform shop, there is no care about time of parents.
There was no body who can tells us the rate o[censored]niform and even after so many follow ups no body came for making bill and received payment.
One more thing there was not a single facility for on line payment.
So plz look after this and take necessary action for...

Our daughter was selected for skating competetion and was representing your school. But the school authority was unable to provide vehicle and staff for competetion and was asked to go thru own conveince. When tried to call school to seak reason receptionist misbehaved, talked rudely and didnt connect to principal. All facility is provided to boys but not for girls

My son is in class 2 and i am worried about not only his safety but all the students of ryan bolpur, santiniketan, west bengal.
*so as a parent i went to meet principal but she ignored me and denied to meet and reply my queries regarding the safety measures of the school.

*this school does not have separate toilet for students, teachers (Male female), &non teaching staff

* there is full possibilities of no police varification of the staff.

*no separate entry pass or idproof for staff, its only for parents

*cctv cameras are functional?
Kindly instruct the ryan bolpur to fulfill the demand of the parents or should we wait for the similar incident in our school.

Dear team, i am proud resident of sanpada which come under one of the best municipal corporation of world, my child is studying in ryan sanpada branch, would like to highlight few facts which you can enquire and take action against these guys
1. Water purifiers never gets maintained in this school
2. Girls gets afraid while going to toilet because it's always stinky
3. Lifts are not maintained, not even the light is...

Ryan international school, kandivali east, mumbai principal and teachers are so careless that they are completely neglecting the accident case of a student which occured inside the premises.
The student had the complete hand fractured and injuries inside the mouth.
But the principal is so stubborn and careless that she is neglecting the case and not even attending the parents.
Student is facing high economic and physical trauma.
Kindly look into this and provide help.

I am not satisfied with the hygiene of school. Nalasopara west branch of ryan international school. My child often asks me to carry sanitizer. She is in pre primary. According to me sanitizer is not safe for such small kids. Why should teacher ask to carry this. Why can't school provide liquid soap. There is a small soap bar is provided in washrooms. Does the teachers, principle, and all the qualified people in management have no idea how many harmful bacteria sits on a soap bar which is used by many students.
Kindly my provide our kids basic hygiene in school.

The principal of sanpada ryan school does not have basic ethics and manners to speak with parents. Just now exams are going on and the school has given notice that they should come for pick up at 11:30 however since last two days the kids are not getting released before 12 noon. When the same is brought to the notice of principal she instead of apologizing or explaining shouted at my wife and said get out of school, parents are not allowed inside the school.

I have simple question to mr. Pinto, is this how a principal should behave with the parents of a brilliant child that too when the parent was just asking if she should come at 11:30 or 12 from next day onwards??

My son Navtej Singh Bal, M2, section C, got admission in the month of November 2016. However, due to delayed possession by the builder for my flat, he couldn't join the the school during the first quarter (the same may be confirmed from attandance record). I had also informed to school administration in writing well in advance that he would not be able to join the school due to delayed possession. On the basis of enquiry on the phone numbers provided by school, I had been suggested to deposit the fee for first quarter to avoid any late penalty. I submitted the fee online accordingly.
In the meanwhile, I got information from Ryan international that if a student has not attended the school during the whole first quarter due to delayed possession, he would be entitled to fee waiver for the respective quarter.
However, to coverup their negligence, the accounts section of the school the not entertaining my request for adjustment of fee and i am being compelled to shell out the fee for the period for which other non attendee students are getting waiver.
