S. B. I. Giridih — failure to credit rs.13529/- in form 26as of my pan achpr 7903c for ay 2017-28 (fy 2016-17)

Tds rs.6973 dt. 27.4.16+4581 dt. 26.5.16 +610 (122×5) dt.3.6.16 +1365 (195×7) dt. 16.2.17=total rs.13529/- deducted from my pension of sb a/c no.[protected] of sbi, giridih are not being shown in form 26as of my pan achpr 7903c for ay 2017-18 (Fy 2016-17) and as such i have received a demand notice for rs.13530/- from income tax department-cpc, bengaluru.in this regard i submitted an application to the sbi, giridih on 27.11.17 and sent its copies to the income tax department-cpc, bengaluru and income tax officer, giridih, but in vain. I am a senior citizen aged about 74 years with fractured leg and it is very difficult for me to move.
I request you to get the aforesaid tds rs. 13529/- credited in form 26as of my pan achpr 7903c for ay 2017-18 so that i may apply to the income tax department for rectification. Also inform me about the action taken in this regard.
