S. Chand Publishing — book order not processed even after 3 days.

Hello.

I had recently ordered three books via an order no schand/201709/047

The payment has been made. It has been three days and the order is till show as "being processed". Can u please look into it and let me know what is the status? I would be glad if you ship it as soon as possible as i need those books very soon.

I called s chand ccare nos but they are all non responsive and busy.
