I placed an order for the book Refresher Course in Physics Vol- I 3 days back Order no:SCHAND/202308/278 .The shipping status is still pending and u guys didn't even provide a tracking ID.I am beginning to feel that this website is a scam.Please respond ASAP....

Hi Schand, I am here to issue a complain regarding the scratch and win program. I had bought 3 class 9 s-chand books and there it was written to scratch and enter the code. When I scratched and entered the code but it was saying it's invalid. I tried all 3 scratch codes but none of them work. I am very disappointed with this. I hope that you will solve my problem. That's all I wanna say and if it's resolved plz contact through my gmail account...

Sir I purchased your schand class 9 science book.In chemistry section, ch- 2, the size of collidal particle is between 1 to 100 manometer which is incorrect. The size of collidal particle is between 1 to 1000 manometer is correct one. please respond and try to solve my concern....
