The shipping status is still pending after 3 days of placing the order

I placed an order for the book Refresher Course in Physics Vol- I 3 days back Order no:SCHAND/202308/278 .The shipping status is still pending and u guys didn't even provide a tracking ID.I am beginning to feel that this website is a scam.Please respond ASAP....

Hi Schand, I am here to issue a complain regarding the scratch and win program. I had bought 3 class 9 s-chand books and there it was written to scratch and enter the code. When I scratched and entered the code but it was saying it's invalid. I tried all 3 scratch codes but none of them work. I am very disappointed with this. I hope that you will solve my problem.     I had made my order from S chand publishers since 5 days......but till now showing that the order is in process.

    I had made my first order on S chand and it was such a terrible experience...My order containing ORDER ID -SCHAND/202303/1248 is not yet dispatched and they are making so called promise that they will deliver it in 5-7 days.Are you really proccesing the order since past 5 days?It is also a pre paid order.Please deliver the books as my school is opening next week....

    Sir I purchased your schand class 9 science book.In chemistry section, ch- 2, the size of collidal particle is between 1 to 100 manometer which is incorrect. The size of collidal particle is between 1 to 1000 manometer is correct one. please respond and try to solve my concern.

      Bahut jyada mistakes h is book me...question h uska answer nhi h or jo answer diya h uska question poori book me kahi bhi nhi h...question k option bhi galat diye gye h ... Bar graph or pie chart bhi galat diye gye h book me...last edition 2022...recheck kijiye is book ko jldi ...

          I had ordered a book from S Chand but didn't got it. The even didn't gave the delivery date. I don't know what verification are they doing they even didn't dispatch it.
