Sir, i has paid my bal emi rs2143×11=23573/- on date:12/02/2018 monday receipt no:[protected] at karur bajaj finserve office, on date cashier told me, after two days no due certificate you will get it's regards through via sms or e mail, till now i don't get any sms for my closed loan regards, but today also l went & asked that same person, he said me after one month will come sms or e mail, so no proper response and reply, kindly help me for to be send my loan no due certificate & statement.
