S H Mumtazuddin — Inhumane behaviour, Bad quality phone, ill-treatment, No service response, Poor customer sensibility

( my rating for this shop is minus 5) Let me share something. I have been badly betrayed by this shop n its sales people. THey made me buy Gaba Phablet by showing all wrong features, which never worked soon after purchasing. Battery is the biggest trip-off. But I am not feeling too bad. Rather I have decided to be more alert and give a damn to such shops ahead in my life. I have never visited a mobile shop where sales people literally barks... literally shouts...and ill-treats customers. They get worse with elderly and female customers. Have you ever seen anywhere in the world where a line of sales person standing in a queue over a small counter, and passes on their customers one by one, and giving no relevant information. They simply waste customers' time by making mockery out of anything. I really found it so bad and sick. In fact I felt so pity about those sales guys. They r ready to do more than any thing that a dog would do for his master. S.H.MUMTAZUDDIN is a nasty place and its sales people are doubly nasty. No one there will behave normal. Rather they would shout loud to curse customers and make them feel down cheap. Many customers give a damn to such behaviours and walk off, while the needy ones buy as per their affordability. I am one who has been forcefully made fool in this shop by three sales persons and was almost threatened, by their voice. Well, I have learnt my lesson and have asked many of my frens or relatives to stay away from such stark brands- Gaba. And must not visit this shop. I hope my voice reach out to as many as people there and they would take my words with utmost trustworthiness. In this digital era, sales people or owners likes of SH Mumtazuddin wouldn't survive in this customer-centric business with such inhumane behaviors. THey may survive for another one year or make quick bucks. But thats it. Not beyond that. Like us, many voices would emerge out soon and people will avoid this shop and blacklist like anything. No one would even prefer to walk alongside this shop. Hundreds of shops are there in Kolkata or nearby areas, where shop owners are behaving well and providing good service. Lets give them a chance, leaving aside such cheap owners like SH Mumtazzuddin. Lets not settle our rights so easily to people like this nasty & gruntled fellow. His business may go for few more months, but we have to learn our rights or practices of buying appropriate products from gentle owners who know how to do business along with keeping right customer approach. Things will change, for sure, only we have to make them change. Lets try out!! Just alert your near and dear ones about this nasty place and its promoters and its non-working products. And soon you will see the change. Cheers !!
