Hi, my friend bought a micromax canvas spark 2 plus q350 mobile from s. H. Mumtazuddin [lenin sarani branch] by paying rs. 6200/-, last week.
After that we found that the price in online is rs. 3999/- and in other mobile shops sale this phone on around rs. 4200/-
There is no mrp on the mobile box that was bought from s h mumtazuddin.
Also this shop sales used mobiles to the new customers instead of new.
We went to them again for compensation, but the executives of the s h mumtazuddin behave too rudely with us and denied to exchange or giving any compensation.
Finally s h mumtazuddin cheated us.
You all are requested to avoid this mobile shop, please.
