S K Enterprises — Unethical behaviour

I am residing in vapi Gujarat. Having an infant child, i wanted to hire a full time maid cum nanny. As Vapi is a small place, I thought to avail maid service from (Andheri) Mumbai from S K Enterprise, run by Shah/Saha as a friend referred me his name (who was availing his services). I am giving details of the pathetic experience i had with this agency so that customers dont fall prey to this agency.
I gave entire commission amount of Rs. 8000 on 20th Jan 17 to this agency as he (Saha) promised me to provide a maid cum nanny within a week's time. Every time he made false promises that some maid is coming to my place by so and so date...but no one turned. He also many times ignored taking phones. Highly disappointed, when i asked for refund of money, i was asked to fill a form after which they will return in 3 months. Helplessly, i asked my friend (who referred me this agency) to help me to resolve the issue with this fraud agency.
My friend assured me that he will provide a good maid but shall take some time so having no option i waited. On 6th Feb 17 he sent me a 58 years old lady to work without informing her age (which by no means was helpful, I informed age limit to agency on day 1 when paid commission). Still i kept her for 2 days to consider if she could provide some support. As expected, she turned out to be not interested in work and rude so i sent her back after paying her money for using her service for 2 days (further money loss).
To my bad luck, instead of stopping relying on that fraud fellow, , I kept following him for money and he kept on ignoring my phone calls/msgs. Some days later his assistant sent me profile of maid lying about her actual age which i got to know seeing her identity proof on whatsapp and therefore rejected. He ultimately, sent me a maid of right age by 15 march 17. I was ok with her services. But, after 2-3 days, i got to know about her stealing Rs 500 from jeans pocket and therefore asked her to leave again only after paying her for the days she worked at my home (further money loss). I could have filed police complaint etc. but avoided as had family priorities with small baby. When i narrated this incident to Saha's assistant, he assured me to send maid again which i refused and asked for refund of commission as they were just not able to provide service to me even after 2 months and i could no longer trust the maid he will send me. The assistant asked me to talk to Saha for refund. To my utmost shock, this guy Saha, (when asked for refund of money), instead of feeling sorry for what this maid did at my home, scared me that he will file police complaint against me for taking money from maid's purse. This is the extent to which he fell down...disgusting. I am sure if i would have asked for another maid instead of refund, he would have been polite to me over phone. But is this what a maid service provider expected to do???. From day one his behaviour was unethical - making false promises, not responding to phones, rude behaviour when asked for money, sending wrong age maids and ultimately such rubbish frightening conversation. Such agencies should stop getting any business from anyone for what they do with clients.
