Subject - Payment of the Refund amount Rs.25, 000 pending with SLV Carworld since 16thJanuary 2016
• In a process of buying a used car, I visited SLVcarworld on 2nd January 2016. The employee of the showroom Mr.Satish has showed me a 2006 model Swift VXI with reg no: KA-03-MF-7390 with total kilometers ran around 44, 000, he has assured it as a very good vehicle with zero issues.
• On 10th of January I have given him an amount of 5000Rs as first package for the vehicle. Sales agreement Receipt attached.
• On 13th of January when I was at slvcarworld for the service check, he has requested me to pay another package of Rs.20, 000. Which I have done. Sales agreement Receipt attached. But I couldn’t get the service check done on that day; as I couldn’t reach on Mandovi Maruti before their working time.
• On 16th of January when I have done a service check in Mandovi Maruti, I was shocked to know that the car has gone through a major accident in the recent past when the car reached a total kilometer of 39000, causing damage in radiator, front-bumper, headlight etc. And the owner has spent 45000 for the repair. And after the accident the car could only drive 5000 kilometers.
• And on the same day (16th January 2016) I revisited SLVcarworld office and cancelled the purchase of the vehicle.
• After that for the return of the amount paid I have visited SLVcarworld on 18th Jan, 22nd Jan, 23rd Jan, 25th Jan and 26th of January.
o On 18th I was asked to come back on 22nd.
o On 22nd I was asked to come on 23rd.
o On 23rd Mr.satish said some relative of the boss has expired and will give the money back on 25th Jan.
o On 26th while speaking to the owner (Mr. Keshavalu Reddy) I was asked to come on 1st February
o On 1st February while calling Mr.Reddy, he informed us the actual owner of the car at that point of time Mr. Moguluri SanathKumar is not willing to return the money. And have asked to wait till 5th of February for the refund. And said Mr.Reddy will put the money in my bank account
o On 5th February 2016, Mr.Reddy told us that the owner Mr.Moguluri SanathKumar is not willing to give the money and to our response of going for legal help. Mr.Reddy have requested us not to file any complaint. Whether the owner is giving or not, Mr.Reddy will pay it from his pocket by 11th February Thursday. And we can directly come and collect it from the office on Thursday.

• During this time when I was continuously visiting the dealership for the refund, the car was sold to another person Mr.Abdul Khadar and has been re-registered by 4th of Feb 2016.
