This is to inform you that the owner of S.P. Building Material, Satpal Singh S/O Nanak Singh has done illegal encroachment on the government area of Jagdamba Road from street no. 19 to 20, TUGHALKABAD EXTN. NEW DELHI-110019
His business is causing a lot of problems for us, as it is just right in front of our house. The building material is delivered and supplied during day and night time respectively. Because of which a lot of dust particles are suspended in the air causing high level of air pollution. Sometimes the dust is so much so that it is difficult for me and family to breathe. It has resulted in higher rate of throat problems to my family members. They are now suffering from acute throat problems because of this dust. The air around is so full of dust that it is not possible for us to open our doors and windows as all the dust enters the house.
Another big problem that we face is that the material is delivered at night and it causes a lot of disturbance, because of which we aren’t able to sleep properly at night.We have also seen him damaging the Public Property in this area.
