This is to inform you that the owner of s. P. Building material, satpal singh s/o nanak singh has done illegal encroachment on the government area of jagdamba road from street no. 19 to 20, tughalkabad extn. New delhi-110019
His business is causing a lot of problems for us, as it is just right in front of my house and there are three shops of food items on the ground floor. The building material is delivered and supplied during day and night time respectively. Because of which a lot of dust particles are suspended in the air causing high level of air pollution and that dust gets mixed with the food items which is affecting business and health of people consuming those food items.
I have my office on the second of the same building the dust is so much so that i’m unable to work there.
When i went to talk to him on this matter, he in return threatened me on the name of caste and religion. He has even complaint a false report (That i called them harijans, didn’t respected his turban etc.) against me, because which i have to face a lot of problems.
