Took my laptop and didn't tell me the price for repair, even after multiple follow-ups, they ignored my calls and didn't tell me about the price, after 3 days i was charged Rs. 1700 where 500 was for service charge and 1200 for a simple system bios update. When i got the complete bifurcation of what i was getting charged for, i asked them to roll back the update and give me my laptop in the condition it was. Later that day i received a call from them where they said that my laptops bios is having problem and can't be fixed. They asked me to pay or it won't be fixed. Was this information helpful? |
