Worst people and scammer
BEWARE OF THESE SCAMSTERS
they will give you a minimum quote and pick your device then they will call you saying some bigger fault detected and ask you to pay 5 times quoted and if you refuse they will not return your laptop and start blackmailing you to pay first only then they will return the laptop or ask you to come visit their center to pick it. Got scammed and they messed my laptop real bad beyond repair.
Avoid these people they go with many names like

ON SITE REPAIR LAPTOP and many more.

Bad Service

Took my laptop and didn't tell me the price for repair, even after multiple follow-ups, they ignored my calls and didn't tell me about the price, after 3 days i was charged Rs. 1700 where 500 was for service charge and 1200 for a simple system bios update. When i got the complete bifurcation of what i was getting charged for, i asked them to roll back the update and give me my laptop in the condition it was. Later that day i received a call from them where they said that my laptops bios is having problem and can't be fixed. They asked me to pay or it won't be fixed.

Desktop returned without work but charged for part replacement

They took my desktop for repairing on 5th Dec. After too much follow up they return it but without any work on that as same problem was showing. They charged for hardware replacement 1800. Since then I have been daily following up with them doing multiple calls but they are not giving any assistance. They just keep saying someone will visit today or tomorrow and it is keep happening from days. If my wife or I speak them any complaint mode they speak very rudely. When I searched on internet I found it is not only me but many people having issue with SS Group. They just changed their name as Laptop Home Repair on slips they provide but their IVR and address reveal that they are the same notorious company who annoyed multiple people. Even, here on this site I found 3 complain already about them. Please take action to help not only me but others as well.

I gave a laptop for a repair 1st they said it will cost 1400 then later after repeated call they said it will cost me 13500/- later I told them to return it back. My laptop was broken and screw was missing.

Worst service, , totally fraud, , , they charge 3000 for my laptop repair and now the laptop is as usual no improvement, , , , I call many times but they don't pick or if pick then end call immediately, , kindly help me, , , , please please please, , , , , , or give me number of all the persons with whom they cheated, , we can be together to shut this fraud business, , , , , , please be in touch and let's take step together, , , , my number is [protected]... Ss group engineer came to home to diagnose my hp pavillion dv44 1056 tx laptop.. He said there is problem in mother board which will cost rs 1000 and your laptop display will work fine.. I gave the laptop to him.. Nex day i got a call from their call centre that laptop repairing will cost 3800 rs plus 400 rs labour charge.. I told them to return but thy are not giving it back and saying it will never get repaired in any laptop repairing centre.. So u have torepair it here only.. I told them to return my laptop.. But they are repeatedly disconnecting the phone. Please help me regarding this.

This is piyush Singh..i want to inform that they cheated me very very much...firstly they came to my place and checked my laptop and said ur VGA CHIP is not working i have to take in my palce and will repair, next day they said it will not repair and have to put new vga chip but i deny this thing and i said pls return my laptop, i will check with any where else then they said just a give minute will check again after some time they said it will be repair and also said my RAM has not been work, also have to change RAM, then they make my bill Rs.3000 again after 10 days my Laptop was not working again they took own shop and said ur MOTHER BOARD is not working and will not be repair, , , , have to put new..i was in dilemma beause already i have given 3000...i can not go any where else...i was no option...they charged me Rs.5500 for new Mother Board...total expense has copmleted Rs.8500 then they changed and return my laptop, , , , , , , , still not finished his cheating story...again after 2 days my laptop was not working...just thing what type of people they are...only cheater, cheater and cheater...pls take action against this SS GROUP...

Worse laptop service center. They cheated me and replace the original part with other. And problem of laptop remain. They charge 3400 and deliver my laptop 2 days late and whatever problem earlier is still in my laptop

Got cheated. Laptop was working fine. Owwner asked 1500. I denied. He replaced my working wificard with faulty one. Cheaters
I have given laptop to these people for repair. They have taken out parts from it.
Now they won't return. These people are fake. They take laptops for repairing but return damaging it.
I even have it in writing that they have taken out parts by mistake. Still they won't return. These should be shut down.

Than we send our person to take the laptop, bloody they don't know how to handle a customer. When we checked our laptop in office we found that they had replace the original parts with their old ones.
Bloody cheaters, never take service from this organization...
