S T Cargo — ST Cargo Parcel not received

I sent my cargo on 6 Nov 2020 from Dubai to India Kasaragod district in Kerala.50 days has been passed still not get my cargo .As i tracked on ST Cargo Website by my invoice No.[protected] its showing intransit from MUMC on 16 Nov.20
Please Look into this matter and solved the issue.

I have send my cargo from hail to srinagar kashmir consignment number L[protected] in october 2020 up to now 16/02/2021 still showing transit in mumbai kindly tell me the reason sir i am too much worried as i have a lot of reputation with your company thanks.

Have u got your parcel.i also sent from hail on 26 oct to mumbai but still showing transit

Whenever i call them they say 15 days more and it nevee comes its r months now
