One of the worst cargo service

I send my cargo from Jubail KSA to Chennai at 31/10/2020 till now I didn't receive my parcel. I visited several time personally but it's totally wasted. The way they speak is unbearable. My consignment no L03299723.

Parcel not received it was booked at saudi Arabia in jubail tracking number is L03199757

I recently booked 650 kilos of house hold items from Dubai to Chennai( consignee-Babu Samuel)

Out of 27 boxes, only 21 were delivered yesterday. When we opened the boxes, most glassware including expensive crystal ware, glass sets, candle stands and other items were found completely smashed. At the time of packing at my home in Sharjah, I warned your staff to be careful, but they kept saying with bubble wrap nothing will happen and that I will receive everything safely. Now that I have lost so much of my expensive items, will you compensate?

Your service is very bad. Your staff who came home for packing were not careful. They worked like machines and all they wanted was to complete their packing fast and go. That is why my glassware broke. These are very expensive collections and I regret using ST cargo for this. You advertise as if you are THE BEST. You charges are very high. But service is absolutely terrible. Is this what ST Cargo is all about?

You guys must be ashamed of your service. Look at the photos( I have told the consignor, Mr.Veerappan to send them to you) and you would know how good your packing was. Next time when someone calls you to handle sensitive items, send staff who have brains and not ###. You take money in advance and then deliver cargo like garbage. You don’t loose anything. It’s the CUSTOMER who looses everything.

I am going to a write to your owner and also put these pictures and write about your service in social medial so that other CUSTOMERs don’t get cheated like me.

Cargo sent from KSA - Al Khobar to India (Mumbai) but not received,

I am calling on +[protected] / +[protected] but its coming busy or unanswered

They are not responding to any calls

I am sure they are doing fraud. Authorities should take action against these fraudsters.

I send my cargo on 9 January 2021 to India maharashtra 110 passed but cargo not received. I contacted to branch in ksa Riyadh but still saying wait how long I have to wait please help

I've sent an air cargo to Chennai on 1q Mar 2021. Still today my parcel is not delivered. I tried to reach their local and Chennai office as well but no response. Poor service and I recommend never approach them.

Worst Service by ST Cargo.

I have booked this service in October'20 and now its Mar'21.
Its been 5 months since I have sent my cargo to my home town in UP.
But they are still not giving any specific timeline or any expected delivery date.

Not delivered cargo as they assured while booking, I book November 2020 from jubail to Chennai, until now not delivered after my booking my friends already received goods.
Always saying customs problem and wait. Very worst service.
While booking 60days maximum will deliver to house see now 3month +.

I sent my cargo on 14 Nov 2020 from Riyadh to India Tirunelveli district in TamilNadu.3 months has been passed still not get my cargo .As i tracked on ST Cargo Website by my Invoice No. M[protected] its showing intransit from MUMC on 17 Nov 2020. Take necessary action for this issue and help us to receive the parcel as soon as possible.

I sent my cargo on 6 Nov 2020 from Dubai to India Kasaragod district in Kerala.50 days has been passed still not get my cargo .As i tracked on ST Cargo Website by my invoice No.[protected] its showing intransit from MUMC on 16 Nov.20

I have sent my goods from Qatar ST Cargo to India on Sep 30, I received my package on Nov 03.

Tarpaulin was covered on the Packages. Later we checked our luggage, we found the Baggage Trolley was damaged which is covered the Tarpaulin above.

Moreover, things were damaged inside the box also..

I have raise the complaint to both local and Qatar Branch, no one properly responded for my issues. Every one throwing the complaint here and there. No one ready to analyse my issues.

Where I should ask ? I sent ST Cargo since they are leading delivery goods company. I have very Bad experience now.

I have send cargo from ST cargo Buraidah Saudi Arabia to India, Maharashtra on 23rd of July 2015. Having HWB number A0777015, A0777016, and A0777017. But till now I have not received it. Please consider this complain and solve this problem.

Hi, I booked parcels from Singapore to India by Air on 02nd June 2015 and till now i didnt receive my parcels. Whenever i call for an update i was promised that my parcels will be delivered within a week (even after two months i didnt get it).. This become nightmare for me as i could travel to join my new job. After paying them for their so called cargo services, consumer has to suffer. I would like to know if there is any way Govt of India would cancel their license and ban them for cheating consumers ???
