SAB Financial Services pvt ltd — Not refunding from last 3 months

They contacted me as HDFC Loan processing agents in November 1st week. After submitting all my details and documents to them for business loan they said that i am eligible for a loan up to 4 Lakh Rupees.. I am in need of only 3 Lakhs and submitted application for the same amount. Asfter 2 days they contacted me and said that i have to deposit some amount as security for the loan and it is refundable after one year. They asked me cheque for Rs.18, 000 (6000 per Lakh) After drawing the amount from my account they said that within 7 working days my loan process will be completed and the amount will be transfered to my account. But after 15 days they said some silly reasons and prolonged the days and after waiting one month i asked them to refund my deposit, i don't want the loan as it is delayed and my loan purpose will not be fullfilled if delayed another 2 days. They given me a application for cancilation of the loan process to refund the deposit. They said that 15 days will take to refund the deposit amount. It happend on 30 th december 2014. From that day they are just prolonging the days by saying 1 day 2 days. Till now they are not responding to my phone calls and if called from another phone they are answering that it iwll take another week, do what ever you can. 1 They are contacting as calling from HDFC. Truth is that they are not related in any way with the HDFC Bank. 2.They are collecting the amount from public as they are going to help them with bank loan process. 3.After asking for refund the amount and repeated calls they are answering in indecent manner and saying that do what ever you can. we are not going to refund the amount immediatly and it will take another 2 days, 3 days, or a week. It will never end up.
