Sab Ka Dentist — Rude behaviour

My name is Saroja devendran, I would like to inform you about unprofessional and rude behavior I experienced at your place sab ka dentist sion brach on 30th september 2021

First of all, I had to wait for more than 45 minutes outside of the clinic to see the doctor even though I showed up just on time for my appointment.

Second of all, I found your Dr sharmin and staff to be rude and unfriendly.

Today I have called sab ka dentist sion for the appointment, when i called the Receptionist picked up the call and she was confused and not sure about the appointment hence she said i will discussed the same with the doctor and get back to me,

however after sometime Dr.sharmin called me without clear understanding about what we ( the receptionst and I ) spoke with the receptionst earlier

she started yelling at me. And disconnected the call without giving me a proper information

I don't have any issues to visit the clinic on the given time my only concern was her rude behaviour on the call.

and this is not the first time.the day i enroll for this treament since then

Not only her but also the receptionst was very rude and unprofessional she is handling calls but doesn't know how to talk with patient / clients

I have requested the receptionst that i wanted to talk to Dr sharmin because she diconnected the call without giving me a confirmation about my next appointment,

she said doctor will not talk to you if you wanted to talk to her you need to visit the clinic

When i said this how you treat your customer the receptionst started yelling on me and said don't teach me my work, you mind your own business

This is the not the first time, she was always rude to me, and also whenever i asked about the treament or appointment she never gave me a proper explantion nor a response
Or resolution she always busy with her phone or with chitt chatting with other staff.i have opted for this braces treatment on Feb- 2020. Since from there to now she was not at all supportative and rude

i am not happy with the service which i am getting from sion branch. Before also many times i have addressed you about this issue.

I request that you take disciplinary action against the doctor and the staff

if your team will not take a action on this or if i will not get any proper resolution then i will file a police case against the doctor as well as the brach.

or elase give me a refund i will do my further treament from other dental clinic

i am completely disappointed and dissatisfy with your service

I hope you that you deal with this complaint in a top serious fashion and address the issues listed above as soon as possible. Waiting for your feedback.
