I have applied for a new PNG connection on 5th Feb 2021 but the new connection has not been made functional yet.
The telephonic response from the helpline[protected] is irresponsible. Whenever I call on this number they give a date and when I phone again on that date they are giving a new date. So I am fed up with their responses.
Therefore I am writing this to you to do the needful to make my PNG connection functional and take action against these helpline persons.
