    what is Unit per rate of PNG domestic ???????

      Before 3 days my gas connection disconnected by AMC team mehsana after removing meter there was leaking gas from supply line at that time nobody at home after completing to the maintenance department they attended and given reasons for leaking gas meter removel not done properly then they contacted to AMC TEAM mehsana MR.RONAK VISHNUBHAI RAWAL attended the call and using abusing words to mother
      Please take strict action or I will file complaint against SGL For misbehaving done by them staff

        In DEC-2022 a gas connection was installed. in the first and second bill gas consumption was a total of 13 units, but in the third and current bills (27.2.23 to 25.04.23) gas consumption showed 24 units which is extremely high. although neither any leakage nor consumption increased.

            Bill has been paid and meter has been theft in the name of sabarmati gas.
            We have contacted at your mehsana office and they confirmed that bill is paid.
            Also confirm from the mehsana office that they have not send any person for removal of meter.
            Kindly take the complaint of meter theft.

                  Sir, as per the above ID the connection has not been started/Complete yet. However, the bill is sent. Sir I am regularly contect local kadi office telephonic and my father regularly physically available at kadi for solve this problem. But no proper response and not short out this problem by local administration. request to solve this problem.

                    At present, our family has not moved to a new house and despite the fact that Sabarmati gas has not been consumed, the bill has come that 8 units of gas have been used. Till now the builder has not handed over the new building. And we have not applied for starting Sabarmati gas.

                    Note: No consumer has been billed in the surrounding building.

                      In my current bill of March 2023 minimum unit charge is applicable which is not expected from sgl because if any of your customer will go somewhere else for sometime and can't use as much quantity so you don't have to apply this type of irrespective charges to earn more i request you to waive off this charge otherwise i will complaint into forum

                        Hi Team,

                        I have applied for Gas Connection 3 years back and given the check as deposit to open an account and remaining amount will be included in the monthly bill. Its been 3 years but we have not received the gas connection yet.

                        After multiple follow up with the dealer, In Dec-22 they have done the pipe fitting and told the borewell work will be completed within 15-20 days and then the meter will be fixed....

                        I have communicated with the Mehsana Branch Office twice in this regard, But my payment yet to be credited.

                          I have paid Rs 2950/- for extra pipe extension for geyser on 8/10/2022 (Receipt NO:[protected]) at Sidhpur branch.. Till date no one came from company to extend pipe for our geyser connection.. Winter season is already started. At time of payment told that it will be done within ten days.. Its been over 2 months now n no one bother to do their work. Third class service by state run company. after enquiring, every time, we are getting answer that new tender will be done. I am also PSU employee, and i know that what to do now! i am going to complaint on PMO Grievance Portal now. please resolve the issue immediately.

                            I have paid Rs 2950 for extra pipe extension for geyser on 7/10/2022 at kudasan branch.. Till date no one came from company to extend pipe for our geyser connection.. Winter will b over soon then when will you guys work.. At time of payment told tht it will be done within ten days.. Its been over 2 months now n no one bother to do their work.. If you are not able to work then why take payment in advance.. I would have gotten electric geyser by now n used in winter.. If you are not able to do your work then kindly refund my money back..

Our application number are 317271, 317272, 317273, 317274, 317275, 317276, 317277, 317278, 317279 and 317260 . All connections are in one street. Till now we have not get connections. What we have to do . We have paid amount as par your terms. Amount of 1925 Rupees per application is paid. Please check and give connections as soon as possible. Thank you.
