Sabbuy — Fake company

I ordered a mobile from sabbuy.com details is coolpad note 5 on the date of 7th December 2016 but still is not delivered. I paid 10399 through paytm.. My order no is 14915..How can track my order or if the company are fake than how can get my money back. Still I waiting for delivery if it come but I think is not coming.
