I have ordered a product " Lenevo vibe k 5 plus 3 GB order number " in dated 13/12/2016. Which order number is 17020 and paid ₹7999 through paytm wallet. I am trying to contact on given toll free no. Which is[protected], but its not responding... No responce on mail as well.

rosuty's response I was booked Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus from Sabbuy.com vide order No 14400 dated 05 Dec 2016. payment Rs. 7999/- made through PayTm (Net Banking), but mobile not yet received I have tried to contact with firm with mail and toll free number but no reply/response from them, Pl suggest me how can get my money back. my mob no is [protected]

I have ordered lenovo mobile on 10.12.16 vie order no 16026 and ge sms confirmation for ready to dispatch order on 12.12.16, till date not received any courier or could not connect customer care no and no reply of any mail..
very pathetic service..
