I have ordered coolpad note 5 mobile through sabbuy.com (address : 7th floor, south wing, krishe sapphire, hitech city main road, madhapur, hyderabad, telangana) for rs. 10399.00 on 11.12.2016 (order no. 16285), through paytm wallet. there is no response from the company till date.
I have tried to contact them on telephone but the same is not going through. i am suspicious that this company is fake. could somebody verify the address whether this company really exists or not.in case i have to escalate the matter, please suggest the way forward & to whom the complaint may be addressed to.
