The treatment of my daughter was started in June 2019 at that time we were told that it will take 1 year for the complete treatment we paid the full amount that time. The treatment is still on and due to delay now other problems have started like cavities, scaling and gum problems and the dentist Dr nidhi is behaving unprofessional. She recommended root canal without taking a X-ray. We approached other dentist and just filling sufficed. Last visit my daughter complained about gums dentist who is doing the treatment recommend cleaning and at that time we were not told that it will be chargeable after cleaning dr. Nidhi demanded money for cleaning I was ready to pay but she demanded money for the cavity which she filled earlier which we were told is free. Kindly look into the matter and advice Dr. Nidhi to behave professional otherwise we will approach consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
