I had a tooth fracture so went there (Sion Branch)for treatment… root canal went well but crown fixing was a huge torture. I was called twice for measurement but still it wasnt ok… crown was fixed but had to remove again as it was not at all proper.. the removal of the crown was extremely traumatic as it was fixed permanently inspite of telling dr sanjana that im not feeling comfortable... then i was told that a lil bit of gum portion...

Continuous spam calls from different numbers. Totally harrasment.

The doctors there are not knowledgeable. She was unable to remove the infection from my tooth. She was also unable to find my vein so she kept on digging which resulted in perforation and 2 weeks of pain in my whole right jaw. I went to different doctors for checkup later where both the doctors told me that the root canal is not done correctly and the infection is still there+ the infection has been transferred till inside by the doctor. The quality of the cap is worst even if they say it is zirconic. I want my refund of Rs. 8780 plus the cost of the further treatment which I have to go through because of them.

Wrong root canal. Unable to remove the infection from my tooth which resulted in loss of my tooth later. Less knowledgeable doctors. Cannot even take help of seniors i[censored]nable to find the vein for the root canal. The doctor just kept on digging which resulted in perforation. I lost my tooth because of them. I want the whole refund .

Not only are the dentist in Sabka Dentist money minded they do not know how to treat the patients properly with respect.

Doctor Purvi Shastri in Nitin Company Panchpakhadi Thane branch hung up on me while I was speaking to her.

The retainer thet have provided is of such poor quality that it cracked within one month o[censored]se and instead of rectifying or offering to help they blame the patient

Sabka dentist dombivali East done cleaning and one teeth cavity feeling but now 5teeth including cavity filled teeth is paining very much. cavity filled teeth is paining very very much earlier there was no pain or I think there is no cavity they have done false treatment and now they are saying you have to do root canal of all 5 teeth.I have pain from 15 days I am thinking to die .if I died sabka dentist is responsible.

They do my surgery worng now I have suffer alot of pain because of this worng surgery my nose eyes all are painful

The sabka dentist are said false treatment to me and I am patient of this clinic 2019 and my braces treatment are over now and I not satisfied with this treatment
I had a wisdom teeth inside they said u need to do surgery they done with my surgery after the surgery I had pain daily now my nose headache ear all one side are in pain daily I had pain I had said to this to sabka dentist doc they that u have less bone I had my that they know that I have less so why did they do my surgery they are ignoring pls help me I had spent my 29000 to this treatment but I am not satisfied I had pain daily

Mazgon branch sabka clinic did implantation in 2017 and guaranteed me for 10yr and just after 2 yr problem arise and they again gave me word it will not happened in future but it is again happened in 2022 and they are not responding and saying we can not afford doctor for one patient evening you are in gaurentee period ..it is patient's responsibility for taking care of himself

So first Dr. Krutika Sail gave me a quotation for implant of 32000/- and she gave me a prescription for CBCT scan for bone graph and told me if you require a bone graph treatment then It will be include in your package

After this I went to sabka dentist branch with CBCT scan I met Dr....

So first Dr. Krutika Sail gave me a quotation for implant of 32000/- and she gave me a prescription for CBCT scan for bone graph and told me if you require a bone graph treatment then It will be adjust in your current treatment.

After this I went to sabka dentist branch with CBCT scan I met Dr. Krutika Sail and after looking CBCT scan Dr. Krutika said you have to do bone graph treatment and the cost for bone graph treatment is 8000- so after this she gave me final quotation for 38400/- that is for implant and bone graph. Which I have not signed

That day we have proceeded for bajaj loan and we have paid only processing fees that is something around 570/- and I was not having down-payment amount so Dr Krutika said can you pay by this month end so I said yes I will pay by this month end

And next day I called to vile parle branch for cancelation for treatment So Dr krutika said you have to pay 20% on 38400/- and I told her I have not taken 1rs service from you why I have to pay 20% and I asked for terms and conditions so Dr. Krutika said as you are canceling the treatment within 15 days of booking so you will get 100% refund amount so come to branch and pay the down-payment with I have paid on behalf of you and bring cash that is something around 3900/- and give me your cancelled cheque for refund as Dr krutika said I did same I have paid 3900/- cash and I have sent a cancelled cheque photo on whatsapp.

And then after one week she called us and she is saying you have to pay 30% on 51000/-

I can't understand why this is happening why I have to pay 30% on 51000 rs that is something around 15000rs I have not taken a single rupees service

Also after taking so much of follow up ..still my loan is not canceled..required immediate action on this

There was dr Heena and I went for cavity cleaning and she told me it will cost 1500rs per cavity cleaning and I asked her that every dr charged this much or only you people are charging that much amount she told me no every dr charged that much only it’s normal which was a lie and she did 3 normal cavity cleaning and charged me 4200rs which was not at all worth the service was third class she didn’t gave the proper treatment and than I had to go to some other doctor and he told me that our maximum charge for cavity cleaning is 500rs and he took just 300rs and removes the excess cement which she put and my treatment is done. I’m totally disappointed she could even tell me the truth but no she’s even telling me more lie that you also have 6 cavity I’ll give you 100rs discount clean it and I show outside to other dr he told me this is just a stain you only need to clean your teeth properly so overall they’re just sitting their to do scam and earn money doing fraud

They lie in front of me. I told them I want to go for a treatment under EMI still they said then When I saw my account, It's I need to pay advance EMI plus one down payment. Initially they said yes then I open my account I got know that They lied.
I was calling to customer care, they just put my phone on hold no one is answering me and at last I had chosen this platform for not repeating the same mistakes.

I am patient Christina Jokin at the Pimple Saudagar Pune branch. I had started my treated to fix my teeth with Sabka Dentist around June 2022 with Dr Rupa Patel and paid 44000 rupees as well.
I have completed all the 14 set of aligners in the first week of January 2023. My teeth have not been fixed even 10% with those set. I have tried to reach out to the Doctor multiple times but no response for booking an appointment also.

I kindly request you to look into this.

The sabka dentist service has lots of issue regarding appointment. As i have booked appointment for one of center wakad pune 21 Jan 2023 and center has denied the appointment by saying the online appointment is done but not in center. So i have booked on second time on date 28 Jan 2023 at 4.30 PM and then at centre i can see 4 patient with same time appointment. So these things disturb the daily routine life. If they don't have proper management system it's better to stop the online service.

Hello, my name is Neeta. I have visited Sabka dentist at koparkhairane branch on 28th Sep, 2022 where I met Dr. Sakshi for pushing my teeth back. She has consulted me and said this problem will be resolved by aligners and asked to pay on that day as some offer was going on. I have paid 30k on the same day.

On 15th Oct, 2022 I got the virtual setup through email. After that Dr. Sakshi has arranged the meeting with consultant on 3rd Nov, 2022 where Consultant has clearly refused and told that my problem will not be resolved through aligners. It can only be resolved through braces. So I denied and told Dr. Sakshi to cancel the treatment and asked for refund. After that Dr. Sakshi has come up with many scheme like she will provide metal braces in 35K and all.

Dr. Sakshi has called me many time to meet and tried to convince for metal braces. Yesterday again she called to meet so I visited clinic where she took my sign on some quotation and said this is for their reference and on that T&C had written for cancellation charges and all which I have seen later. She never explained the cancelation charges before. This looks like crime and cheated.

I have finally asked her to cancel the treatment. I hope you will provide full refund or else I have to take legal action. Because I have suffered mentally a lot in this 2 months.

Kindly take action on this email before deduction of my 2nd instalment which also deducted and treatment not have.

I visited sabka dentist at new CG ranip, and I was shoked when they asked to fill consent form where personal details are required, in your personal information section they are asking personal details like income etc. And in consent form it is clearly written if something goes wrong and any problem happens even like haemorrhage sabka dentist is not responsible, moreover it was written they can use my information for marketing purposes, send mails, message videos etc, I couldn't understand the reason behind these terms specially asking family income, staff is impolite and it feels like you are visiting government hospital.

They all are for making money
They force to sign undertaking form..
They gave me 60, 000/- quotation and they offer me to do treatment in 37, 000/-
They also force me to gave 5, 000/-
I ask to give sometime to think but they are forcing me like hell.

Specially Dr Rupa Patel she is very unprofessional not at having dentist skills, given fake promises after all payment done she not even answering calls replaying to message and not even acknowledging to mail.

this treatment is about aligning of teeth i visited to clinic after i got offer for alignment of my teeth after visiting there they given me different final estimation. though i started my treatment as they did fake promises...

The treatment of my daughter was started in June 2019 at that time we were told that it will take 1 year for the complete treatment we paid the full amount that time. The treatment is still on and due to delay now other problems have started like cavities, scaling and gum problems and the dentist Dr nidhi is behaving unprofessional. She recommended root canal without taking a X-ray. We approached other dentist and just filling sufficed. Last visit my daughter complained about gums dentist who is doing the treatment recommend cleaning and at that time we were not told that it will be chargeable after cleaning dr. Nidhi demanded money for cleaning I was ready to pay but she demanded money for the cavity which she filled earlier which we were told is free. Kindly look into the matter and advice Dr. Nidhi to behave professional otherwise we will approach consumer court.

Sabka dentist are not on there words don’t go to Sabka dentist because they just take money away Deepika from Sanpada branch has just done scam with me for. 38000rs they told that your treatment will be done with aligner and now they are telling that you to do now braces and telling that pay 40000rs extra for that treatment.

Sabka dentist kalyan has taken 70000 Rs in advance from me and given fake promises and wrong treatment. since past 2 years there is no movement in my teeth seen. I'm being fooled and fraud has done against me by the doctors - Dr Mohini and Dr Sandip. If you cannot handle a patient let the patient know. We are not your guinnea pigs....

Dr Harish of sabka dentist, btm 2nd stage Bangalore have done wrong alignment for my teeth.
They have charged 30, 000 rupees for my alignment. Now its very difficult to have food

They have suggested for treatment for Rs.25000, told to go for EIM process after that ask for extra Rs.16000 so we decides not take treatment told to cancelled the treatment from 28th till now they have not cancelled it .

I am receiving continue calls from bajaj finance Ltd related EIM payment for the treatment which not has been done.

Dr. Namrata Gupta supporting from Vashi Sabka Dentist Clinic did my Teeth Filling on 24th May 2022 in which she had joint 2 teeth's in that process and when I said that these looks quite weird and abnormal she denied no its correctly done don't worry and later on when my Braces Doctor saw that Filling he even shouted her and explained the process that there should be mild gap between all the teeth's which is called natural gap.

Hence, she has cut my Teeth totally half of it unnecessarily she did because she wanted to remove the wrong Filling which she has done but in these process my half natural teeth was cut unnecessarily and again she did filling same mistake was continued again 2 Teeth's were joint due to that again braces doctor is not able to move the Teeth to proceed my Braces treatment.

Please I need One experienced Filling Doctor at Vashi Clinic who can correct my Teeth and give a Proper Finishing and natural Look, my braces treatment is stopped totally due to it.

Need help ASAP it's my Front Teeth's and that looks very Horrible.

Had written complaints against Sabka Dentist regarding my implant no response yet.

I got my implant done at Sector17 vashi, .the amount of Rs 36500/ was paid in 21 January 2021to Dr. Rajeshree for implant. But treatment started in April 2021 as many times Dr was not available. As the treatment was getting delayee I had to submit bill to my company she said she will give me hand written bill for 36500/she left the job and new doctor was there.on 25th May I called up clinic and asked for the bill. I went to clinic waited for more than one hour but Dr Namarta was blank in communicating.
I told her to write I got my treatment done on your letterhead. For which she refused I spoke to Akshay Jain he said I have to check with my senior... I had paid Rs 1500/for cleaning also.
Sir I am a Senior citizen how much harresment trauma had to go through your no professional staff. My request is to give the bill when my treatment is done I am not asking anything else. Please check with Rajshree and revert back. Dr Deepaly Dr Sandeep did my treatment.had given Advance money to your clinic . Please give me in writing that I did treatment in may 2021.thank you.

I am undergoing an invisible braces treatment from sabka dentist branch infocity, gandhinagar. Apart from that many a times undergone many other dental check ups from the clinic. The experience is horrible. Undergoing lots of issues. Still the sabka dentist doctors are less concerned. My gap in other teeth have increased after the braces. Horible staff dosent have any information. I am feeling like I am badly trapped and stucked. Dont know...

Lost my 2-1 tooth..coz of bad Dr, her crown cutting fr RCT tooth was so thin n small dat my tooth came out wid crown aftr 3 months...now they ask 4k more fr postend core treatment..
Already i hv paid 14+ 1.5k...my complaint is dat...i cant pay more n i want treatment done free frm dem since its der mistake...plz consider my request n help me further
