Sabpaisa.in — Transaction successful but university website showing payment failure

I have made a transaction of Rs 400 for getting the degree certigicate from BRABU University Bihar,
My transaction id is[protected] and my requestor id is[protected]. While fetching the details by entering requester id it shows payment failure but i have got the mail of transaction successful and amount has been debited.
