Under their 'Sachin Tourism Promotion Scheme' I have contributed rupees 1, 20, 000/+ during 20.11.2011 to 20.10.2012. I have two Credit Notes of Rs. 65000/- each and the numbers are C-2012 & 199/02/13-14. Credit Note 199/02/13-14 was re-issued by them on 28.02.2013 as our booked tour (MP1 - 13.02.2013) was cancelled by them.
