Irresponsible staff and miss behaviour

Address:Sugama travels at race course road banglore

Recently we booked tirupathi package from banglore provided by the sugama travels. We had booked sleeper couch bus.

They didn't provided blankets while return journey even through that is AC bus.
When asked this they told, they have took the blankets for the washing. How can they take blankets for washing even before the journey completed.
This issue is questioned at office, they told issue will be cleared. And...

On 25th Nov 2018 I have searched for a passport agent in Sulekha search engine for applying passport to my father they sent Sachin Tours and travels number. Got a call from Sachin tourist ([protected])on the same and he introduced himself and said he will provide service and asked me to deposit rs 1800 as service charge to his account on 27th Nov and i did that on 28th Nov deposited rs 1800 to his account after that till now i dint receive any call or information from him . Even i contacted Sulekha customer care too based on their rating only i did but no proper response from them too . till now i am trying to contact him from different numbers but he is not answering calls even i went to the address but its closed . I have attached all the Details . Please do the Needful

    We had booked for calcutta - sikkim - gangtok tour with sachin travels.
    We had paid the full amount but the travels cancelled the tour one day before the departure date without giving any refund.

    I visited the thane office to check for my refund amount by the office was closed.

    This is hard earned money and we have not received it.

    Please can you help in receiving the amount back

    Sir, my grand mother (aged 80 years) having phone number [protected], which is taken 6 months back. Every day morning time some customers calling to this number and asking about Sachin travels. Every time, they telling this is not sachin travels. This is irritate to us. Please delete this mobile number from your records.

      Sachin travels from erode to bangalore suddenly got canceled but redbus didn't informed us and we didn't get anybus to book again, please don't book in Sachin travels, worst travels ever, government has to control bus ticket... They cheating by cancellation for better booking i mean booked for 500 but for Diwali they expecting more so they cancelled and really entry for 1000 and above for more money

        Under their 'Sachin Tourism Promotion Scheme' I have contributed rupees 1, 20, 000/+ during 20.11.2011 to 20.10.2012. I have two Credit Notes of Rs. 65000/- each and the numbers are C-2012 & 199/02/13-14. Credit Note 199/02/13-14 was re-issued by them on 28.02.2013 as our booked tour (MP1 - 13.02.2013) was cancelled by them.           Hi,

          Hereby I would like to say about the cheating and fraud done by Sachin travels(www.sachinbus.com)

          I booked the ticket for my travel on 14-oct from Madurai to Bangalore (500 per ticket) as it is long weekdn. Even many people have booked on the same day and I exactly booked one month before i.e. 14-sep in redbus.in

          Today redbus.in informed me that bus is cancelled on that day ie 14th oct and they told me that they will refund the amount.

          I am surprised to see the same bus is listed again in redbus.in with 1400 rs per ticket!!.

          Now am left with no option of booking tickets on that day as many buses have already been booked due to heavy rush.

          This is ridiculous way of cheating people and making money during long weekend season by SACHIN TRAVELS AND REDBUS.IN and wish to stop this kind of cheating attitude by these companies.

          Could you tell me the procedure to file the complaint on both these companies.I am attaching the photo of the ticket layout displayed today

            My mother, age 72, retired, was paying onthly amount of Rs. 2000 to Sachin Travels. This amount can be utilized at the end f the year to travel with Sachin Travels. She has undergone knee replacement operation and can not travel at all. In this case, when appraoched to Sachin Travels, I am not getting any indication that they will pay my mothers money back. No one replies on the mobile number pasted on the closed doors of Sachin's office. Will they pay my retired mothers hard earned money? Manoj[protected]

              I have booked Singapore, Malaysia & Thailand Tour (ST1) with Sachin Travels with Scheduled Departure 12th May'13 by making full payment. On lot of follow up during last week of April'13, we were informed that the tour is rescheduled on 18th May'13. But on 13th May'13 they informed me that the tour is cancelled as they could not get required No. of Tourists. I visited their Dadar office on 14th May'13 and collected my Passport and Cheque dated 17th May'13 towards Refund. However this cheque has got bounced.

              Trying to contact their Dadar office, but no body is picking up the phone. If I try by using different No, then the operator picks up the phone and keep us on hold for 10 to 15 minutes till the caller drop the call by getting frustrated. If caller shows patience and keep holding the call, operator tells that they would call back as the concerned senior person is not in the office. But they never call us again.

              I am thinking of putting legal case under section 138 to penalise such company and the concerned persons. My contact no is [protected].

                I had booked Malaysia-Singapore for departure on 27th October, 2012. through Sachin Travels The said tour was cancelled on the excuse that required no. was not available. After a continuous followup and repeated visits to Sachin Travels Office I was given a postdated cheque for Rs. 135343/- I had deposited the cheque with due intimation to the party.. The cheque got bounced. I had then tried to contact Mr. Sachin Jakatdar and also Sachin Travels Office wherein they indicated that the cheque be deposited in 2-3rd week of December.2012 when the funds will be available. I again deposited the cheque but again it got bounced. Subsequently I received a vague letter from Sachin Travels that they may try to pay the amount byn 31st March but cannot give any commitment.When I tried to contact their office they are not aware of any such letter and say that I may contact Mr. Sachin Jakatdar only and obviously he is not responding to any calls After continuous calls to their office Mr. Sunny Jadhav who is looking after their finances , did not pick up my calls but sent me sms saying he may arrange for the refund in the first week of April but again there has not been any responce from his office or Mr. Sunny Jadhav

                There are so many complaints submitted to various portals but I have not come across any complaint being sorted out
                Can any body please inform me if Sachin Travels has refunded the amount for anybody in connection with the cancelled tours

                  Hi im shailesh kotian from mumbai. I had booked Couple Tours package from sachin travels in the month of dec 2 2012.Shimla Kullu Manali
                  Tour Code : HCSM1 - 8N/9D.package cost was 39000, but the service was very very Pathetic. there was no tour manager with us, from the day we stated the tour we were alone going to place without any proper knowledge of any place......
                  In last 4 day our driver was harassing us for money inspire of giving full advance payment to sachin travels.and also while leaving the hotel we were asked by the manager to wait untill the payment being paid by sachin travels............
                  we were literally been waiting at the reception for more than 2 hrs.
                  Almost 10 calls were made to Mr. Sachin & his wife Sonali.but Neither of any staff was responsible enough to call us back and given us an confirmation.
                  on the last day our driver halted us in the middle of the road (ghat) harassing us for money. me and my wife was in the middle of the Ghat for almost 1.1/2 hrs.
                  From Last 2mnt im following then for refund,but they ignoring me and my call.they promise to give my refund but now they are ignoring my call.

                    Hi,

                    My wife (Shraddha Arekar) had booked a honey moon tour to from Sachin travels which was scheduled on 17th Dec 2012 (Tour Code MUI) for which we had made payment on 6th October 2012 by Cheque 444013 dated[protected] drawn on Axis Bank Branch Powai of INR 1,37,845.00.

                    For some reason they postponed the tour to 19 Jan 2013 (without informing us, this was informed to us when we ringed them on 15th Dec 2012 )but for this date i was not available so i have asked for refund. But till date i have not got any refund. Staff is not responding as they keep on saying this can be done only when approved by their boss (Mr Sachin J. [protected]). Mr. Sachin is not picking up our call every time we need to speak to him we have to call from a different number.

                    travel agent — refund of money

                    i booked ticket for Delhi to Raipur by kingfisher airlines through a travel agent at jammu. Due to my connecting flight from jammu to delhi delay i missed the flight. on my request the kingfisher airline cancelled the ticket and the amount refunded to the account of the travel agent. the details of cancellation and amount refunded is with me. the travel agent on contact only sent me the details of money refunded from the airline. he promised me to refund me my money within a week, but it has lasted three months he has not returned the amount. now how should i go for complaint against him so that i can get my money back
                    Dear Agarwal, you are not the only customer suffered because of total mismanagement by Mr. Sachin Jakatdar, and I am sure he must have used our hard earned money (interest free)in some other more lucrative business. I am also the victim and therefore i had posted the cheating story on this forum and Facebook, so many others could be saved. We have to fight the battle with true spirit and teach unforgettable lesson to him.

                    Even I had booked a tour for Nainital with Sachin, which was due to start on 13th Dec' 2012. But they cancelled the tour and still I have not get my refund from Sachin.

                      I had booked trip with Sachin travels for Bangkok, Pataya, Malaysia and Singapore (Trip code SE3) STARTING FROM[protected] from Mumbai. Booking was done almost 5 months ago by paying full amount. I was doing regular followup and was told that trip may be delayed one-two days. when I could not get any information I called the Nashik office on[protected] and really shocked to hear that the trip may not go as company is facing financial crisis....

                      We have booked SM1 - Simla Kulu Manali tour (25/05/2012 to 02/06/2012) for my brother & his wife from Sachin Travels head office, Dadar ,Mumbai.
                      His tour is still on. Sachin travel allotted Hotel Royal Park, Manali to my brother. Hotel is so bad and staff is horrible. My brother stay in room no. 132 at 1ts floor. Today around 12:30 to 13:00 a,m. my brother observed that one of the person trying to look inside from top window which is close to Gallery. When my brother shouted person jumped from the gallery and escaped.
                      When this issue highlighted to hotel authority they denied for the such incident. My brother found one big ladder near to his room gallery.

                      Issue also highlighted to Tour Manger. In the night only hotel is change. This incident is horrible and we don't know whether we are secure to travel with Sachin travels.

                      Today at 2 a.m. i have written mail to Sachin travels also trying since morning to contact responsible members of Sachin travels ( Mumbai office) but nothing is happening.

                      refund of money paaid for tour

                      I have paid Rs. 10000/- p.m.for 1 yrs.to sachin travels.but I did not travel. pl. guide me how to get back the amount from sachin with intrest. I paid the money 3 yrs.back.
