Would like to lodge complaint against goli srishilam who is running a medical store – "peruka wada near railway station warangal 506002

There is no person with b pharm in that medical shop and if doctor prescribed one medicine, they are giving some other medicine. I have cross checked with onther pharmacy and they said it is not an alternative medicine and u should not have this medicine for this disease. They don’t have any b pharm guys working there.
My brother purchased a strip of painkillers from that medical store for him taking which caused him acute poisoning in the stomach. The doctor clearly reported that the poisoning had been caused by the painkiller, which was not past its expiry date, but it was some sort of severe drug under the brand name of the painkiller. We complained to goli srishailam, he instead of listening to us misbehaved and threatened us if we complained about him to higher authorities. Most of the peoples residing there are facing the same problem.
Please take criminal action against this store as he is plyaing with the life of people for sake of money
