Jaihind sir, i was purchased a Duffle bag of safari on 07 Nov 17 (Under 5 years warranty). The bag has torn from chain up/down side where the company claim the additional reinforcement is given. I raised the complaint no-SR 063606 10 NOV 2020 for replacement. 10 days before I had registered the complaint But they didn't take any action. I lost trust in safari bags. This is merely a harassment to the customer. Please do the needful to get replace my bag. i am attaching images and invoice of duffle bag. still now my complaint did not resolved.
