Unfortunately, the lock of the bag is not opening despite multiple attempts. I have tried using the default and known combination, but the lock appears to be jammed or malfunctioning....

ALREADY COMPLAINED TICKET NO 24B27942 approved for replacement and dispatched on[protected] not delivered till[protected]. Product material issue

Dear Team / Sir / Mam,
I am facing a defect in a material issue with my product. I had purchased this product for comfort travelling purposes but we faced so many issues while traveling with this product.
ZIP is not properly working and ZIP is installed by safari in the product and safari should take this responsibility to resolve this issue.
now completely zip damaged of bag.
I am attaching again and again the images and video and invoice of the same to safari. but did not resolving the issue.
I raised my complaint 3 times ( Complaint No. - 163559, 166450, 166434 ) regarding this product material problem but the Safari team without any reason They are not solving my problem and closing my complaint,
Safari should take full responsibility and solve my problem.
i raised again with new ticket no. 169352
As Discussed with Mr. Nishatnt ranjan Sir ( [protected] ), he assured me and even he reverted mail on my old complaint to resolve this issue, despite that no one even thought it necessary to reply, neither listening to my problem seriously nor solving.
Plz provide me the mail ID of CEO & MD to raise my voice to higher authority.

I purchase a SAFARI trolley suitcase on Sep'2022 from FLIPKART. The warranty period of said suitcase is 3 year. But before 1 year 1 wheel of said suitcase was not working properly due to misalign. So I complain (Complaint no. 131810) to Safari customer care for rectification the same on 10.07.23. Accordingly they ask some photo of above misalign Wheel and suitcase on 12.07.23. Ordered a bag on 16th of March, 2023 and received it within four days. However, since I didn't like the product, hence, I created a return request on that very day, that is the 20th of March, 2023. The return was taken within 2 to 3 days but ever since then, I did not receive any update regarding the refund. Even after sending back to back emails, I didn't get any response from their end. I really didn't expect such kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour from such a reputed company like this.

Expander zipper not working

I have purchased a safari trolley star 75 4W on 16th Jan 2022 in Flipkart.
Received the product and everything is perfect except the expander zip. Unable to unzip the expander zip and it's not working.
I have been following up with safari customer care for one month and the complaint was not resolved yet. Complaint registered on Feb 12th, 2022. Very Worst service.

Hello,
I had purchased Safari trolley from BIG Bazaar Kanpur, but its handle is not functioning properly and stucking during operation.
I had already mailed 02 to 03 times to customer care but no response received till date.
Please rectify or replace the trolley and revert with ticket no. of resolution.
Tried to contact customer care provided no. but same was also not receiving call - [protected]

wheels move out, handle not moving up&down and zip burst out
I have purchased bag with wheels of safari (From such a reputed brand) and in just 2 years it worn out where as it comes with warantee of 5 years. I have made several complaints but no reply came from their end in past 9 months, i have made several complaints through mail and tried to contact the customer care executives through telephone several times but neither they picked the call nor they have replied to my mails till the date... I didn't expected this kind of serveries from such a reputed brand... Look into the matter and get my bag replaced as soon as possible.

safari laptop bag claiming warranty issue

First of all worst product made by safari which does not suit to this reputed company.Though my bag have a 18 months warranty so i claimed for that.Now comes other worst experience of bad customer services from Safari.
1st time -- After claiming for warranty i was asked for my postal address and some documents to send through mail.I did it all they wanted but after that there was no further update
2nd time -- After waiting for further updates from other sides(almost 2 weeks), i re complained regrading the issue with the ticket no.But the again the same issue i.e. they asked again for the postal address and other document for upload.After doing the work from my end I waited for their further reply but again the same result.
3rd time -- Again the same result.though this time i had a call rather then mailing but they just cut the call after asking some detail like my email id and name.
i have the all mail that i get from other end and its reply and no further update..but there is no option for pd[censored]pload..if you need i can provide

I brought safari laptop 35l bag from jayanagar d-mart on 13th august 2017 - within a 3 month its not working properly so i gave it to them 0n 23rd january -2018
I haven't received the replacement bag or refund money yet, they are not responding well, whenever i call they are telling monday ill give (Its almost 2 months)
Now some 3 weeks their numbers are in switch-off, i don't know whom to contact

I own a new Safari. Actually, most of it is new. In two months, I’ve had Problems with A/c Fan, Central Lock, and Battery connector, Power windows because of faulty parts and second-rate engineering and inferior workmanship. Am I exaggerating? I wish I were. The fact is that I’ve had several mechanics and dealers literally laugh at me for buying this Safari. “You should have got it assembled!” they say. I don’t think that’s funny. Do you think it’s funny? I don’t think it’s funny. Mechanics are generally not funny people.
In one month alone I spent over 4000 trying to fix stupid problems on this car, not including some expenses that you paid for! Its disaster to you when you buy a new vehicle with all these things not working the battery problem will leave your vehicle standing on the highway in middle of nowhere and you have to to keep guessing what this new wire must have caused .
. It’s quite remarkable. The only thing that works well is the “check engine” light. It’s on most of the time: bright, yellow and warm. It lights up the whole cabin at night, advertising to passengers what a fine machine I drive.
The dent at the back door the space ...it was a manufacturing defect most of them were mended in two months when my car met with an accident.
The voice from the Stepney or the door on the first drive was disgusting .one buys a new car not to visit workshop or mechanics but to drive.
I myself fitted some thermo cols to stop that noise that means a manufacturing defect again.
In your service canter people says this will be there with every Safari.
Are these reasons enough to replace the two weeks old car with new one …?
Bad Luck of me the car met with an accident it toppled thrice causing severe damage to driver and the body itself.
I thought TATA the Indian brand will understand me and help get my car replaced at reasonable price .though I had a prompted response from your Luck now and Moradabad Dealers and even the insurance guy over Moradabad but since the claim was high the Retinol Office guy came and said since engine is ok it cannot be replace.
But the body will.
Whether my car will be as good as new after replacement?
Hope you guys understand and take up the matter with insurance guys.
Kindly get my vehicle replaced at the earliest. I owe an India and planning to buy a manse too.

Safari — Bodyshell, and Chassis rusting
Dear Sir,I had been to your dealer in guwahati, Abishek Motors. I bought a Tata Safari on the 31st Of August 2006 bearing the chassis no. 403092GTZN04555 and the registration number AS01AB- 5699. It has done only 15000 kms till date. I have noticed that the vehicle has started rusting in the body and chassis.
I have made several complaints in this regard.
If my matter is not heard this time I shall take the matter to the consumer forum and the media.
