Product material issue

I am facing a defect in a material issue with my product. I had purchased this product for comfort travelling purposes but we faced so many issues while traveling with this product.
ZIP is not properly working and ZIP is installed by safari in the product and safari should take this responsibility to resolve this issue.

No response against defect in material within warranty period

I purchase a SAFARI trolley suitcase on Sep'2022 from FLIPKART. The warranty period of said suitcase is 3 year. But before 1 year 1 wheel of said suitcase was not working properly due to misalign. So I complain (Complaint no. 131810) to Safari customer care for rectification the same on 10.07.23. Accordingly they ask some photo of above misalign Wheel and suitcase on 12.07.23. Expander zipper not working

I have purchased a safari trolley star 75 4W on 16th Jan 2022 in Flipkart.

Received the product and everything is perfect except the expander zip. Unable to unzip the expander zip and it's not working.

I have been following up with safari customer care for one month and the complaint was not resolved yet. Complaint registered on Feb 12th, 2022. Very Worst service.

Safari Trolley case

I had purchased Safari trolley from BIG Bazaar Kanpur, but its handle is not functioning properly and stucking during operation.
I had already mailed 02 to 03 times to customer care but no response received till date.

safari laptop bag claiming warranty issue

I brought safari laptop 35l bag from jayanagar d-mart on 13th august 2017 - within a 3 month its not working properly so i gave it to them 0n 23rd january -2018

I haven't received the replacement bag or refund money yet, they are not responding well, whenever i call they are telling monday ill give (Its almost 2 months)

Now some 3 weeks their numbers are in switch-off, i don't know whom to contact...
