ALREADY COMPLAINED TICKET NO 24B27942 approved for replacement and dispatched on[protected] not delivered till[protected]. In courier tracking page the item was found to be returned to origin and COURIER CUSTOMER CARE PERSONNEL TOLD THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED BY his CLIENT AND ON CONTACTING SAFARI CUSTOMER CARE IT WAS SAID THAT THE ORDER WAS NOT CANCELLED AND I HAVE TO RAISE ANOTHER COMPLAINT AGAINST THE ORIGINAL COMPLAINT 24B27942 again which was done and the new ticket refering old complaint is We have received your Service Request and appreciate for reaching out.
