I am already a KYC verified customer. But safegold asked me to provide PAN Card while selling gold. I provided but they didn't allow as name in PAN Mismatches with Bank Card. So they asked me to upload any other proof that are in consistent with Bank Account so that they will verify it in 2 days and enable sell option. I uploaded that immediately. But now it's been more than 1 week still not verification not done. My money stuck in the safegold. They are not responding to any single mail which I have been sending for the past 1 weeks. Please resolve immediately.
