Not able to sell

I am already a KYC verified customer. But safegold asked me to provide PAN Card while selling gold. I provided but they didn't allow as name in PAN Mismatches with Bank Card. So they asked me to upload any other proof that are in consistent with Bank Account so that they will verify it in 2 days and enable sell option. I uploaded that immediately. But now it's been more than 1 week still not verification not done. My money stuck in the safegold....

As per safe gold customer care agent I have forwarded UTR Number[protected] to IDFC BANK. HOWEVER THEY CONFIRMED NO FUNDS RECEIVED UNDER UTR Number MENTIONED BY SAFE GOLD.

THIS IS VERY BAD CHASING SAFE GOLD FOR MY FUNDS OF SALE. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING SAFE GOLD IS TELLING FUND TRANSFER IS SUCCESS AND IDFC IS TELLING NO FUNDS RECEIVED UNDER UTR MENTIONED MY SAFE GOLD. HELLO SAFE GOLD TEAM DO REFER EMAIL BELOW...
